Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza today at 3:30, the text message said order was out for delivery at 3:59, well I call at 4:30 wondering where my order is, they keep me on the phone forever, then get hung up on, have to call back, then get told my order was moved to door dash, that I supposedly had it set up that way, in which I didn't I have proof of that as well, a pretty sorry excuse for why a order is late to try and turn it around on the customer, when I personally know how door dash works, the company chooses to deliver or to have a dasher pick it up, need to get things in check Pizza Hut! Want be using this location ever again. Also remember mine times outta ten a customer is usually always right, wanna see my order status? I have proof of how I ordered & etc?

"Domino's Weakest Link Is In Cleveland, TN." Pro: They sent the correct order. But unfortunately that was their only pro. So, wow. Upon opening, Layers on layers of oil. The first layer of the pizza was not cheese, as one would expect, it was OIL. (i did not request this) I've never seen this before and I've traveled all around the country. The oil seeped throughout the large box of pizza, (had to remove said layer with a pile of tissues, seen in photo) as well as the box of bread bowl pasta. Had to remove the entire first layer of cheese from the pasta, and toppings to arrive only to MORE layers of OIL. (shown in photos) BUT really, WHY?? Why drown your products in oil and expect customers NOT to notice? Ha, wow. Not impressed. Never again. Inedible due to oil spillage and what a waste of thirty dollars! Had to throw it out in fear of my health.

I placed my order at 4:50 PM on Saturday November 5th and didn't receive my order till 6:05 PM. By the time I got it the pizza was cold and I wasn't able to eat but maybe 2 slices because I started feeling sick. This is the second time I have received a cold pizza from this store and I use to love your pizzas.
