Pizza Hut

We ordered the Big Dinner Box. The pizza had way too much sauce and the toppings stopped 2” inside edge of crust. It was not good. Also got the Alfredo pasta. The sauce was way heavy in places yet a lot of pasta not coated. Hardly any chicken. The cheese sticks were good. This location’s quality has gone way down. For a franchise you would think procedures would ensure the quality. It takes a dedicated management team to ensure procedures are followed. Guess we can see who is to blame for this $37 down the drain.

I I visit this location often, and this time, the experience was above and beyond. My large order for our youth group was ready in under 20 mins and when I got there, the cashier noticed I was alone and went out of her way to pack my items into boxes to make it easier and even helped me carry it out and load it into my car. She didn't have to, but the fact that she offered spoke volumes to me and meant so much. Plus the food was still hot and delicious! Great experience!!

Have ordered 2 times from here and it's the worst. First time they gave me the wrong pizza and were rude and nasty about it and second time they gave me boneless wings and it looked like someone took a bite out of one...called and manager was nasty and rude about it. It's dirty, understaffed, the staff that is there are rude and very unpleasant. Do not recommend

Ordered online for delivery, wings were suppose to be honey BBQ guess you only get a sample of the sauce. Asked for hut flavor crust but got plain crust. Called to get it corrected got told they could send the sauce for the wings and crust ??? And give me a $5 credit. What am I Suppose to do brush it on my pizza with my finger. What is the point of ordering food if it's not going to be made correctly?? After a long ordel they are going to make the food correctly and redeliver it to me. Now I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour cause they are so busy. So I order the first time had it to me in 30 minutes. It does not seem like they value their customers if I messed someone's order up I'd be hightailing it to get it corrected without argument and in a rush. Not them though. This is ridiculous

To tell the truth, I don't think I've ever actually been inside this location. I order delivery from here though and it's always at least on time but usually considerably sooner, fresh, and still nice and hot. It seems like the website has the best deals anyways. Always satisfied with my pizza from here!

The food taste amazing, and was still hot when we received it. I ordered my food and right when it was on its way a thunderstorm came through and I felt so horrible but the man that delivered the food was very nice and genuine. I was so grateful for the customer service and food. Definitely worth every penny. Greatly appreciated!
