Mcdonald's

Expedition service at the drive thru and drive thru staff was very friendly and polite. Ordered a fish filet no TARTER and a small fry with no salt and this was the freshest meal I've EVER had from a McDonald's. They made me a fresh filet (most usually redip one that's been sitting) and they made me fresh fries. Everything was so hot I couldn't even handle it for a minute, lol. That's a good thing tho. Did I mention it was my first time at this location?

Definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time. The staff is rude and half the time you don’t get what you ordered. After a couple of bad experiences we started going to the 117 th location even though it’s a lot farther from our house. However, this morning we just wanted a quick breakfast. My fiancé ordered hotcakes with his breakfast and we didn’t get those. When we went back the staff was very rude about it. They messed up the order but somehow we ended up with the blame. The girl at the window called to the “kitchen” staff and all we heard through the window is “well then they owe ME a dollar, hotcakes are a dollar”. We weren’t given a receipt but I’m fairly confident we already paid for the hotcakes. We paid again anyway because it was a dollar, but also ITS A DOLLAR! A business with good customer service would apologize, give the missing part of the order and I wouldn’t be writing this review. This location has lost my business and I encourage other to take their money somewhere else.

I try to avoid fast food restaurants because I hate the customer service. With that being said I went here for a quik meal while ubering. I ordered 2 sausage egg n cheese muffins no meat (thats how you have to order them workers are usually very slow) with a LG tea. I finished my drop off and I go to eat my food and it's a slice of cheese between the mcmuffins!!! I just paid $7 for hashbrowns and McDuffie grilled cheese!!! I really hate that these type of restaurants don't properly train the staff!! You're dealing with people's food smh I won't be back. And when I called to complain the female who took the order told me she got the order right and I was wrong before she hung up on me.... terrible

It's just one excuse after another I order a frap aid tonight at 8:30 no frap pays because the machines being Cleaned when you don't close to 11 o'clock this is the 2nd time that happened what happened to customer service if you are open to 11 every machine in your building should be up and running but when across the street to your competitor so I'll be more than happy to continue giving them my money seems that your employees don't want to keep your machines open
