We thought we would take a chance on this place. When we pulled up, there was only one other car besides the employees’. The building was clean. The service was very good, employees very friendly. And the calzone was great! The mozzarella sticks, too. And my grandmother (who doesn’t give restaurants very many compliments in general) voluntarily said that she enjoyed lunch today. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love their pizza! So much they already know it’s me when I call! The staff is AWESOME!! They already put Parmesan and red pepper in the box before I get there! That is above and beyond, outstanding customer service!!

Being a fan of the old Greenville, MS, I had to order the roast beef sandwich. And they didn't let my down. The taste brought back delicious memories. I can't wait to visit again and again.

Great restaurant. We tried the roast beef sandwhich, meatball and veggie calzones, and the lasagne. They were all delicious. Large portions reasonably priced. Friendly service and fun atmosphere.

So let's talk about the Spaghetti with meat sauce. for around 10 bucks, the spaghetti with meat sauce was wholly disappointing. The noodles are clearly kept soaking in water and arrive swollen and limp, not to mentioned poorly drained to that they arrive on your plate swimming in a half cup or more of pasta water which is then topped with some of the sausage or beef pebbles used on their pizzas and then slathered in an uninspiring and most likely canned marinara sauce. The portion size is respectable but far too generous for the plate it is served on. The plate with its mountain of soggy noodles, grey lifeless meat-gravel, and boring mass produced marinara comes on a tiny plate, literally overflowing the sides. I wasted a dozen or more napkins just to keep the food from flowing out onto the table as I attempted to mix the poorly combined components into something resembling spaghetti with meat sauce. I was famished and my wife gets embarrassed when I complain about food in a restaurant, so I did my best to consume this plate of lackluster food in silence. As I ate, it dawned on me that a good helping of grated parmesan might make the Sisyphean feat of eating this, "spaghetti," slightly more tolerable. I looked around and to my surprise, there was none to be seen. "How odd." I thought. One would expect shakers of grated parmesan to adorn the tables of a restaurant known as a pizzeria, but not at Pasquale's in Cleveland, apparently. I looked around for some staff whom I might beg for a measure of fromage but none was to be found. For several minutes the rest of the diners and I seemed lost to our own devices. Occasionally a server would emerge from a door and then quickly disappear again out of sight. Finally, as a waitress emerged with food for one of the other diners, I managed to flag her down and ask her for some cheese. She cheerily responded and a moment later brought me two tiny plastic condiment containers, each with about a tablespoon of grated parmesan. I sighed and disappointedly sprinkled the pittance of cheese across my plate and ate in silent angst until I had finished the overpriced meal I'd paid for. Needless to say, I will not be returning with my business to this establishment and will dutifully steer away any others whom I know might be interested in eating there. If you are looking for overpriced and underwhelming food where the wait staff abandons you to your dining purgatory, then this is the place for you!
