Whataburger

On our way south, I stopped at the Cleveland Whataburger to grab a bite. When I walked in, I noticed how clean the facility was. There were a total of 4 employees cleaning different areas of the facility and not just wiping down surfaces. They were actively scrubbing, mopping, and disinfecting the place. In addition, I saw every single employee working. There was great communication between team members and the manager was involved, elbow to elbow with other employees. I've never left any sort of commentary about any of my experiences before online, but this was worth the time. Cleveland Whataburger- great job! An exemplary team performance!

The meal I had today was amazing!!! I ordered a Medium whataburger combo and oh boy did it not disappoint. The fries were crispy and tasted fresh, the burger tasted amazing, and the portion size for the meal was good. If u live or are in the Cleveland area and are looking for a good place to get some tasty good food, then here is the place for you!

I'm a regular customer and I must say, this is my first time writing a review. Now I see different employees here and there but ill like to bring out the attention to the young lady in the window! Rain or shine she will always greet you with hi ,good morning, good night ect. Don't think I can spell her name but I believe it's Loraine. Can't miss her, she has a butterfly tattoo on her hand! Great Customer service!

Stopped off one morning on way up to Louisiana and got breakfast. Was good but no napkins! These things are sticky and need napkins!. Then stopped there on way back next day for lunch and once again got no napkins, none of the condiments we asked for and onion rings tasted like fried in old grease. Also chick sandwich was way too dry! Need more mayo on bun!
