Sonic Drive-in

Ordered popcorn for my daughter got home (12min) to this. Wasn't even late at night or before closing. It smells like it was cooked in grease that hasn't been changed in months. You can literally see how inedible these are to eat.Its 2/11/22 I can not be the only one with a similar experience please comment or share a picture because this is unacceptable

No onion rings no shakes order the garlic bacon burger did not have bacon on it two of them no bacon order two of the Frito wraps got two of the breakfast wraps one with jalapeno eggs tomato and the other one with eggs and bacon and tater tots just totally disgusting won't go back and the foot long had cheese i said mustard and chili only the screen said exactly what I ordered but got totally the opposite you can check your bags but you got to open everything be for you pull away! Disgusting you really don't even deserve one star!

This place was disgusting. The carhop service was not available. The girl who took our order was rude and rushed up and STILL made my order wrong. The mozz sticks were hard and cold. The chicken sandwich had Mayo and lettuce although I clearly asked for neither to be on there and then the patty for th chicken sandwich was brown like It had been sitting under a heating lamp for 12 hours. Absolutely disgusting service and food. Never go here.

Really long line and waiting time. If you park at a stall, you most likely will be blocked by the drive through line. Leaving after getting the food is a hassle. It is up to the cars in line to let you leave, otherwise you wait for nothing! I ordered a pick up through the app, and the check-in is not working. It said try again later, and I kept trying for 20 minutes with no luck, until someone from the restaurant showed up, I asked about my order, and received my food cold. The food is really good though. I ordered a cheese burger with jalapeños, kids meal, and a mango and lemonade slush. Everything was good. It is a shame that I had to leave such a low score, but the visit overall was disappointing.

Boy I guess I'm lucky I don't have Celiac's I'm just gluten intolerant because asking for no bun was too much for them...My order must have been too complicated, two chili dogs, with onion, I was asked if I wanted cheese, I said no and got it anyway, and no buns...I'm also lactose intolerant but as far as I know it isn't as dangerous as giving someone who is gluten-free wheat, but these two allergies cannot be handled at this location. I would recommend skipping them all together however, the food wasn't even half as good as it used to be. It seems the hot dogs are now those cheap, multi-meat, .99 cent special kind, they tasted so horrible that I only ate one. They have reduced the menu down to half, all the tasty ice cream drinks they had are gone. I used to live for the coffee ones, instead I got a slush, again as I said they have gone down hill, the slushes used to be so flavorful, it was meh, it was like Slush Puppies with fruit in them...The flavor disappeared pretty easily into the slush sadly, like Slush Puppies did, the fruit was the best part. Now I remember why I stopped going.

I was with friends and we all had separate orders, and decided to go up to the patio to order. The woman who seemed to be the manager was wearing bright pink pajamas, we ended up waiting 10 minutes no service before the staff told us the outside patio order machine is not working. It seemed fully functional, turned on and there was no sign to say otherwise. I understand places can be busy sometimes but it seemed they just did not want our service here. I decided it wasn’t worth ordering since the multiple orders would have inconvenienced them more. Instead I took my business to rasing canes, 3 miles down the street. 0 stars if I could!

The service is slow, even when there are few customers. Our fries tasted reheated and were extremely over salted. We did not get the ranch for the chicken bites and the chicken was cold and hard. They were out of everything including kids and only had medium sized cups. I understand that deliveries these days are not prompt but I highly doubt that it's the vendors. It looks like they aren't properly taking inventory and ordering supplies. The tempature and hardness of the food is indicative of improper food handling, which can make people violently ill
