Their product is handled by a family of Mentally challenged and underpaid non English-speaking workers. The internal cleanliness, packaging process and equipment is in deplorable condition. The building itself is a bunch of old shipping containers put together with siding. The entire product is totally misrepresented.

Great Company and amazing cheeses, I have been working with cheesemakes as Food distributor, and my customers always are looking for an aunthentic Mexican flavor, Cheesemakers produce one of the most aunthentic Mexican cheeses in all nationwide. I love working at Cheesemakers! I get to be a part of a small business that is growing by leaps and bounds! The work can be challenging, but very rewarding! I am proud to be a part of the growth! I enjoy learning about the process of making various kinds of Mexican Styles of cheeses and Goat Cheese! I look forward to many years as a Cheesemaker! As a small business I am required to wear many hats and think quickly, but that is what makes it the most fun. Its great to be learning something new everyday instead of doing the same thing day in and day out! Overall its a great place to work and very rewarding!

I drove by this establishment because of a detour on my way out of town- and went to the website to place an order. I called in and spoke to the nicest person. She shared that they are not selling to the private sector (yet) but let me know where and what to purchase in the town where we live. It was a really cool looking facility and she invited me to come back and get a tour and meet her goats. With amazing customer service like this- I can't wait for Cheesemakers to get an online store. If the product is as great as their customer service.. they will be selling out of cheese daily. Great local products, Great local people - I wish them the best!

I have worked with Cheesemaker's both as a customer & supplier for many years and have always found their staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding the various cheese products they offer. Some of my favorite brands are the Lone Star "Fresh Artisan Goat Cheese" and Jaimito "Mexican Style Cheese".
