Mazzio's Pizza

We eat here quite a bit. Usually don't have any complaints. But tonight, they got my order wrong. No biggie, I called to have a replacement delivered. Waited over an hr then called back asking where my replacement was. The csr said it had been marked as completed. I replied that i never received it. He called the actual store (customers can no longer call for themselves) and was told by the driver that the order was completed but he didn't know what happened to it? Sus already. Then the fact that they were closed by this point and not a single employee called to inform me that i would not be receiving my replacement. Just left me waiting. I got a credit for the pizza but find it beyond rude that it went down like that. Were they just hoping i wouldn't call asking for my food? Who got to take it home? Cause apparently they made it. So where did it go? Just beyond rude to leave a customer waiting with no courtesy call.

Our family hadn't been to Mazzio's in a number of years because the service and quality had gotten so poor. A few weeks ago we were really craving pizza so we decided to give their carry out another chance. (It's literally probably been at least 3 years since we've eaten there.) We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the excellent salad bar. We went in again tonight and had the same great experience. It is under excellent new management! The salad bar was spotless and fresh, even at 8pm. Our food came out quickly and was hot and delicious, and the staff was very friendly. We are very happy to have another place to eat at again!
