The Lighthouse

Lovely location Amanda wonderful staff. Though the food is good, it was an average rating by us....nothing mind blowing...likely seafood restaurants on the water, your paying for the location and experience more than the exceptional food. We had mussles in curry coconut sauce (4 star) and Chili prawns (3 star) Octopus carppacio (3 star) and bread with trio of butter (3.5 star) and lovely bottle of French sparkling wine from Loire Valley (5 stars)

Sea food platter for two to share. Absolutely amazing food. We sat eating this amazing food surrounded by sea views. The staff were very helpful and would recommend the Lighthouse. We would go again and again if we lived in Australia and when we visit the country again we would definitely go back.

Our meals were delicious, great fresh seafood. Oysters Kirkpatrick were lovely, but a little small, my calamari was cooked perfectly. Great service but the restaurant wasn't busy. The Bay views are fantastic, gentle waves lapping on the restaurant's sea wall, a very enjoyable atmosphere. The prices were a bit dear but the views make up for it. A great venue.

I had really bad experience. We went there for a wedding after party. When desserts were serving, they didn't give my daughter a cake and passed us and said kids will get a cake at the last time and he would come back after serving all. We waited for him back to us but realised that all other kids having cakes all tables have already finished serving cakes, only my daughter hasn't got any. I asked my husband to get a cake and he went to the staff she said she will get one but never came I could see lots of cake dishes over the counter. I was really upset almost yelled to my husband at the friends wedding and he waited in front of counter until getting a cake. So ridiculous and unfair. I still can't understand why the male staff said he would come back with a cake but didn't and the other lady didn't come. How come there was so many pieces of cake but they were so hard to serve one for my daughter. Anyway I really enjoyed the wedding before the cake but not after that. Terrible experience!
