Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Food is always delicious & service is GREAT, but the restaurant is always so filthy. I was in a 2 seater booth against a wall & the pictures hanging next to us and the wall trim were piled with dust. The table we sat on was covered in crumbs. The bathroom trash was overflowing to the ground and the whole floor was wet in there. Worst of all, my last refill of iced tea had lipstick on the glass!!! I wasn't wearing lipstick, nor did I drink from the glass. So, that was so disgusting. I felt instantly sick that I drank out of a dirty cup. The standards here are so low. You're better off going to the Red Rebin on the other end of Fresno, Shaw/Valentine area.

Great food as always and our waiter was doing a fantastic job, kept checking on us constantly. All the employees were very pleasant. The server's who brought out our food were very helpful and asked if we needed anything else. Such a good time had by all of us in our group. Always can't wait to come back again. Love Red Robin.

My ❤️ is sad. I loved this spot a few years ago. Always popping and clean and the servers were bright, full of personality. Katie, my sever did wonderful and was nice and always checked on us. Good job! The food was great!! My sadness comes from the cleanliness, along with the other people that work here. The walk slow with their hair a mess, hold a broom and dust pan only to pass up messes all over! Their walls in the booths are messy with old food. It appears to me that the employees? I saw had little drive and didn't take much pride in what they do here.

The food was good however, they have streamlined their menu quite a bit since I was last there. They were also out of several staple items, including bacon. The restaurant decor including the bathrooms are outdated and dilapidated. The customer service of the staff members was very good - professional, friendly and efficient. I would say the customer service alone is carrying them through to a 4-star review. Keep up the good work and don't get comfortable.
