Grill Masters Bbq

Decided to try a new place tonight. Had the tritip sandwich and the spare ribs. Very good flavor and texture. Beautiful smokey flavor. However, my favorite part was the macaroni salad. I could eat a 5 gallon bucket of the stuff. The balance of flavor was smooth and none of the frills overly dominated allowing for a full mix and flavorful bite. Definitely going back soon! #Raiders

I tried this today for the first time today , ordered 3 Brisket sandwiches, a side of Pilaf and a side of macaroni......what I got was two tritip sandwiches and the two commercially made sides.....my disappointment for being shorted went away after realizing it was just a tough trip tip sandwich with a very prominent "off" taste. I would recommend McDonald's before this place , VERY high prices and less than adequate service.

3 meats amd 2 sides came out to $26.98 (Tri-tip sandwiches with potato salad yesterday) The meat Tri-tip: super tender, juicy, full of flavor, and cooked medium rare. Brisket: seemed a little over cooked but still had good smokey flavor. Chicken: tender and flavorful, would have been amazing like the Tri-tip had it been fresh out the smoker. Sausage: was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. So overall the meat was great. Sauce I've only seen two sauces their regular bbq and their spicy bbq. The sauces are good and I enjoy that their spicy BBQ actually has a little heat to it. I just wish there was more variety. The Sides. Sadly they don't have my favorite side coleslaw or corn. I tried the macaroni and rice today and sadly all of the sides I've tasted have been greatly lacking in flavor. 3.5 maybe 4 stars
