Round Table Pizza

Absolutely horrible! The "manager" Kaylee is a liar and a thief. They never delivered several items (more then once) and said she would credit our account after arguing 45 minutes. When we tried to redeem (twice) she said there was no credits. So they stole our money and we never got our ordered items. Then 1 of 2 salads we had was old, brown and rotten. If 3 out of 4 visits are bad, I don't recommend going. Horrible service. Not worth the stress and headache

Pizza was never delivered, apparently delivered to wrong address, never received phone or pizza. Anissa and Jacob were very difficult in trying to resolve. Offered me 10% of next pizza. However, I told them I live in New York and that would not be helpful. Their next suggestion was that they would just cancel my order. Very rude, not helpful after waiting 90 minutes to feed my family. I tried to call another number they gave me but received a voicemail I have been on hold for 15:10 for them to process the refund!

I parked out front and tried calling 3 times while 4 of the workers were outside trying to put a simple shelf in the trunk of a truck. On the 4th time calling, someone answered and told me to please hold, then I literally saw her walk outside to go sit on the back of the truck to talk with everyone else while i was still on hold. Talk about lazy. They also don't use gloves while handling the pizzas, so be careful!

I Love their pizza almost all the time. Only once was I dissatisfied with my pizza at this Herndon and Willow location. BUT, I've called 10 times now, the call is answered and no one on the other end of the line or I get a fax machine sound. Not sure what's going on, but, it needs to be fixed because my business will be going to Mountain Mike's until this customer service issue is fixed. Very disappointed because Roundtable pizza is my favorite pizza.

DINE IN CUSTOMER. I've been here once before and the service was outstanding. Went yesterday about 2:15 and was very disappointed. There was only 1 other person in the restaurant and the majority of the tables were dirty. Found the cleanest of the dirtiest and still had to clean it myself with a napkin. Our order took more than 30 minutes. 4 people came in and left with their pie, obviously call in orders. Appears that this Round Table caters to call in requests and the dine in customers just have to wait. Yep, they lost my business.
