Port Of Subs

Waited here with my family we were the only customers...... they had 4 people making sandwiches and 1 behind the counter watching them work, not a single employee said a word to us for the first 5 minutes we waited...... finally someone asked if we were ready!. Second time weve had to wait at this location and none of the workers seens to care if your here or not! Last time we ever come!. Subs and grubs or deli delicious appreciate your business.

Absolute poor service ! I only write a review if it’s a terrible experience or just AWESOME service. This place is terrible, rude and slow employees. Only customers inside and new what we wanted right away and with 6 ladies standing behind the counter you would think someone would step up ready to take our order instead they just glance up every once in awhile almost like hoping we’d just leave. No apology for the “wait” no smiles just rude. The girl with her trashy fake lashes could use some customer skills or basic human communication!!!!! The meat was skimpier then it use to be and gross, almost transparent. Nothing tasted fresh at all besides the bread. Save the time and money and go to Sub N grubs right down the street

Just remodeled with a clean new look. The staff is friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. Port of subs as a whole has always had a great menu but I prefer this location due to the way the staff cares for it, the quality of ingredients, and now the way that they take precautions during the pandemic. See you there!

I made the mistake of ordering online ahead of time. Apparently they made the sandwich when I ordered it which was a couple of hours ahead of time, so it was really cold and the bread was mushy from sitting in their cooler. Staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. Next time I want a port o sub sandwich I'll go back to Bullard and First location. Better sandwich and friendlier crew.
