Me-n-ed's Pizzeria

Ordered a 3 topping large for pick up and they said ready in 25 minutes. I showed up in 24 minutes and out was ready to go. I didn't even wait in line on a Sunday evening. I've eaten at this location a few times and never had any issues. Located right off the 168 at Temperance. My next experience wasn't so good. I called 2 times and was disconnected. The 3rd time a girl picked up and asked me to hold. After 3 minutes, someone picked up and hung up the line. I gave up and went elsewhere to order.

Ordered one (1) large pepperoni pizza online. Received confirmation e-mail at 8:21. Credit card charged. It’s 9:48pm and nothing! Called and told them I’m waiting on my pizza. Me-N-Ed’s guy that answered the phone: “Oh, yeah, ummm, we cancelled your pizza. The delivery was going to be passed our closing time.” Me: “But my card was charged. And why didn’t anyone call me to tell me so I could make other arrangements for dinner rather than waiting over an hour and a half.” Him: “Oh um, yeah, well we thought it would send you a notification online. And your card should be refunded in three business days.” Absolutely ridiculous! Now I have to try and find something that’s open at 10pm for dinner for the family. I’m beyond upset! I even went to the bank to pull out cash and had the tip for the driver ready. So disappointed!

Update 10/19/21: I emailed corporate as they stated to do in their response and have not heard back. I sent the original follow up to the review email on 10/14 and a follow up on 10/18 asking if someone was going to be in contact with no reply back to either. Original post 10/12/21: Ordered a large 3 topping and a garlic cheesy bread. They gave us the wrong pizza which we didn’t notice till we got home. It was bread, cheese and pineapple. Called them to let them know and they said they would credit us for the pizza but we said we needed a new one, no one in our family found the wrong one appetizing. When we got to the restaurant we had to wait for them to finish making the new one, they brought it over and we asked where the large pepperoni was at because we could only see the diced and extra cheese. The lady said it was under the cheese, which we did not fully believe but we left because we were hungry and the pizza was closer to our original order. We did ask if they were going to do anything for the inconvenience and they said no. In the end there was no large pepperoni on the pizza. Poor customer service, added an hour on to our dinner wait and the pizza still wasn't correct.
