Horribly rude. I came at 8pm they don’t close till 10. No line, and yet badgered to order when asked more time. They asked if I wanted food or Ice cream after I told them the first two times to give me a moment, clearly pressuring me. I felt completely rushed and didn’t even get to order everyone in the vehicle food from the menu.

The food here is not terrible however, you wait a very long time (granted there seems to only be a few working) but when you pull into the drivethru and don’t say anything right away you get questioned multiple times. Once you order they say the bare minimum to you and the 2 times I have been here my order was wrong.
Two stars for decent food but bad customer service with no smiles or curtesy

Didn't even know if they served pretzels! Then they overcooked them, did not put salt on them, and I had to ask for the cheese dip. They brought me nacho cheese instead. Need to train the employees better!

Seriously, don't bother. Today I waited for my food 25 minutes *after* I had already paid (I checked the time on my receipt), and when it was brought out to me, it was the wrong order. After another 10 minutes I gave up and left without my food. I know that places are short handed, but the service here was awful way before the pandemic. If it's that bad then the owners themselves should be in there helping out, or close the store for the day. I definitely won't be going back.

Waited 15 minutes at counter for service 4 people there 3 working and one standing there staring at us. Left because no can I help you or take your order.

The food is great! The wait is kinda long . But they have an Apple tart that is to die for. Well worth the wait/// that Review was from two years ago.. Todays visit wasn't great😞 first we had to wait like half an hour for our order. (Which there were no drinks ordered..) We got charged full meal price PLUS $3.18 for two extra strips. & another $3.18 for two extra steak fingers. A whopping $24.39 for two meal that took forever. Then I had to ask for a receipt. & A whole other lady went & took me a little piece of paper.. IT WAS A receipt.. ( NOT like any kind of receipt I've ever gotten at any other restaurant.) - well this lady hand ( more like flung) me the receipt threw my window with a sour look on her face & turned as quickly as possible ran back inside. Needless to say I ain't going back, they had such horrible customer service. I cant imagine how they make any money. SMH. To Too it off my toast was burnt!!!

Update: tried to give them another chance. Waited 45 minutes then got Buffalo chicken instead of bbq. When I called to tell them they laughed and said they can't refund my card unless I drive back tonight. If I go tomorrow they wont be able to refund me. Excuses after more Excuses were given to me. I was also told they "are not fast food" yep, I agree they are slow not fast! Still horriable.
After waiting over 14 minutes for fast food, we get home and my sons six peice chicken has 5 peices with one tiny one inch peice. I called to discuss this with the manager and try to get our other peice of chicken but no one answers the phone. I have never had decent service at the Dairy Queen on Mabry.
