Chili's

Online ordering and curbside pickup is super easy and convenient. Food is prepared and packaged well and tastes better than surrounding chain restaurants in my opinion. I ordered shrimp tacos that were separated by parchment paper to hold shape and prevent sogging. Side of broccoli was placed in a food safe bag and rice was in a container. It’s the little details that matter. The food is always packaged well, clean and neat. Well done. Hopefully they stick with whatever they’re doing now. The containers and preparation/packaging for food is good… noticed previous reviews and pictures, definitely glad they made some changes.

I gave 2 stars just for the waitress she was super sweet and attentive! Now the host seemed a little irritated when we asked for our party of 9 to be seated together he said they don’t usually have big groups. So we sat at different tables. The tables were both sticky and the kids paper menus were sticking to the tables…. The kids were amused which was good because we waited 40 minutes to receive our food. We did get chips and salsa which the chips on the bottom were stale and had been cooked in old grease as they had weird “spots” on them. Then we get our food kids got Mac and cheese and grilled cheese can’t mess that up but our burgers were way over cooked! Maybe they forgot them on the grill and that’s what took so long. Also there were 2 other families on our side so not busy. Will never ever go here again!

Food came out to car in 30 minutes. That’s no problem. The guy who gave it to us was nice. Got home and noticed the food wasn’t looking too good. We got the 2 for $25 thing We got the sirloin steak 6oz and Cajun chicken pasta. Pasta was just fine. The sides for the steak was coleslaw and street corn. Appetizer was texas fries (half). Dessert was cheesecake. The steak was super burnt on both sides, extremely tough. It was so salty it hurt. Basically inedible. The butter looks like it melted and was on there for hours because it’s a crusty texture. The texas fries was our appetizer and it was so old and stale. Every piece was basically biting into rocks. It was cold by the time we got home. The pasta was still pretty warm. It really felt like they had some orders that were never picked up and gave that to us. The coleslaw was peppery but that’s okay The cheesecake is cheesecake. Normal. Missing some pictures because partner dug into their food. We would’ve gone back, but we live 30 minutes away. Overall 3 stars because my partner enjoyed their food and ate mine to get rid of it.

I've gone in there several times and I've never had any problem with them I've gone in there to do repairs on the property as well and all I've ever asked for in repayment for the work I do is good lunches I'm always working so I figure I deserve a good lunch for working so hard. All I can say about Shelly's is there food is good the quality is good and the ladies that serve me are in good shape to. And I don't mind having a beer now and then. 2nd time ordering delivery from here. This last order I cannot give a low enough review for. There was missing food and what was there, looked like a 2 year old cooked it. The burger which was ordered was without tomato and was so thin and overcooked was so not worth the price. The nachos were likewise disappointing to say the least. Needless to say, it unfortunately will be a last time I'm afraid. $65 wasted.

I'm being generous here because they're not always terrible. Is it really that hard to find quality employees in this town? Jeeze. Ordered a salmon with a side house salad (1.00 extra) and some coleslaw. Queso appetizer as well. Apparently this translates to "You'll just get asparagus and a half cup of queso." (See pic attached.) Will not eat here again, lol. I've worked food before. It's busywork but it ain't that hard. P.S. Oh yeah - and like... 60% of the salmon was raw. Do not recommend.
