We placed a to-go order of their prosciutto and arugula pizza with red sauce and a side salad via phone. We placed the order around 6pm on a Sunday night and the order was ready in about 15 minutes, which I felt was amazing turnaround time. When I got to the shop, I said I had a carry out order and they greeted me by name, then grabbed my order, cashed me out with their credit card machine and made nice chitchat while I waited for the card reader to print my receipt. There were many people dining in and the atmosphere was so homey and the place smelled incredible. When we got home, our order was exactly what we had asked for and was DELICIOUS. I wish I lived in COS and could eat here once a week. Definitely stop at this place!!

One of the best overall pizza experiences we’ve ever had. Excellent food with quality ingredients, great traditional Italian vibe, and super friendly, speedy service. Our server Victoria was amazing!

Best pizza in the area with quality ingredients, though a bit overpriced. You can taste the difference compared to other "fast food" pizzas nearby. I didn't notice any gluten free options.
Great patio. My waitress with the bright colored hair was great.
Sadly, the wine pours are small for what they charge and they don't have any mainstream or light beers. If you're looking for a wine night, this is not the place.

Pizzeria Rustica has a fantastic patio area and the wait staff is incredibly friendly. We are from out of town so we tried this place two nights in a row because the first night the pizzas were incredible, but the second night they were just meh. The salads were generously sized and were good on both nights. Maybe they just had an off night the second time we went, but unfortunately the consistency of making a tasty pizza was not there for us and that's what my review is based on.

Cozy place in the heart of OCC perfect for a date to share some antipasti and a bottle of wine.
We had the antipasta and the margarita pizza which were both great. According to those in the know the pizza here is the only place to get authentic neopolitan style pizza. But my favorite was the antipasti. For $15 this plate is loaded with some extremely fresh buffalo mozzarella, flavorful prosciutto, and thick slices of herbed polenta. I will be coming back just for this plate. 😋

I went to Pizzeria Rustica again recently and it was an all around great experience. The wine menu was very large and had many great selections. There was also alot of pasta options and of course pizza as well. The Salumi pizza that I ordered was absolutely delicious and was very well made. Everything from the crust up was perfect. If you want to experience authentic Italian pizza in a cozy little restaurant this is the best place in town.

Their pizzas are the one of the best in North America. Fresh pizza base is the main differentiator. The fresh toppings make the flavors come out very well. In addition, the cozy ambience makes the whole experience very italiano. Salads are available as well. Pair all of these with a wide selection of wines.
Restrooms are upstairs and very large.

I love this place because they have a real menu with Italian titles and the food is just as authentic. I got the quattro verdure pizza and it was delicious! I subbed the artichokes for olives and it was amazing. My server Bridged was so friendly and kind and gave great wine recommendations.

This was hands down the best pizza I have ever had in my life and my wife can say the same, maybe even the greatest dining experience I have ever had. The food was such great quality and the flavors popped like no others. The burrata appetizer was such a great way to start the meal and it was to die for. My wife and I shared the super marg pizza and it was a little pizza but it packed a huge punch! The taste of the tomatoes was something I had never tasted before! And then the tiramisu was such a delicious and rich, yet light, dessert to end on. If you live in Colorado Springs or if you are just visiting please for the love of God come visit this place you will not regret it!

Very cute place and delicious fresh pizza! Everyone is super friendly! The place is a little small but that's what we like and it was cozy! We were there for an anniversary and they complimented the end of our dinner with a small glass of champagne on the house. I wish I had the time to come here a lot more!
