Margarita At Pine Creek

I loved The Margarita at Pine Creek in every way. The Smoked Salmon Cake Salads were crisp, fresh, and very delicious. The open indoor/outdoor architecture gave us cool breezes (it was a hot day) and privacy. Amanda, the server, was attentive without ever being obtrusive. As a visitor from New York, memories of this remarkable occasion with my dear long-time friend and her friends, who all live in Colorado Springs, will remain with me always. I can't wait to return, quite certain that our next experience will be just as good.

I have been here a number of time now over the last 5 years or so since first trying it and the Margarita at Pine Creek has become my personal gold standard for a restaurant here in the Springs. Every time I eat here there is intentionally a different menu and something new to try and it IS always delicious. Whether its inside enjoying the unique art and design or outside on a good day enjoying the view and pine trees its always a pleasant time. Service is usually always quick and helpful. On an unrelated note I personally found that I have had the best grits I have ever tasted here and when there is dish with grits I will usually get it.

Wow! Loved the ambiance outside on the patio. Ordered the black raspberry peach margarita which wasn't all that great. Also did the 4 course meal. Didn't love the bread, soup, or salad as they were all quite bland, but the entrees and desserts, oh my goodness. Eggplant dish was delicious, but the New York strip steak was the best steak I've ever tasted. The chocolate almond torte was also top notch. Will definitely be back to try other dishes! Staff was friendly, service a little slow, which is understandable considering the absolute quality of the meals that came out of the kitchen. Great experience. We'll be back!
