My wife and I took our first trip to Omelette Parlor recently and, despite enjoying many great breakfast spots in COS over the last 5 years, Omelette Parlor stand alone, IMHO. High quality ingredients and wonderful presentations, delicious food, an engaging and historical atmosphere and legacy, combined with very friendly, helpful, and professional staff...it all just works together for the best experience. Can't wait to go back again!

I was seated almost immediately. The food was delicious. The bacon was crisp without being burnt, the biscuit was light and fluffy, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. My server was kind and efficient. Excellent place to go for a good breakfast!

I absolutely enjoyed eating here. The staff was attentive and able to provide recommendations. The bacon was #1 in both size and flavor. Portions were huge tasty.

This is mine and the boyfriends FAVORITE place😁 the food is outstanding 🤤 and the service is always phenomenal! It is a popular breakfast joint but worth the wait for a table!

Food was delicious, lots of options, and big portions as well. Service was superb, staff were friendly and helpful. We went after 10am and had to wait about 20minutes to be seated. It was crowded, but just shows how good this restaurant is that everyone is flocking here. Will definitely come back.

Another off the beaten path breakfast gem. Come before 7am and your breakfast is half price. The omelets are huge and delicious. Go for breakfast anytime and you'll leave full and happy

A truly great breakfast at a house with rich history. We both ordered the CC Combo. Bring your appetite! The banana bread French Toast option was delicious! Thank you to the entire staff! We will definitely stop in when we are back in town.

The Biggest Pancakes my nephews have ever ate. The sausage patties are huge and the portions of food are awesome. Food and service was Excellent...!!!

I think I just found my favorite breakfast place. It's a little chaotic in there, we were also sit next to the register so we had people just standing next to us the whole time. The food is delicious though! And such big portions. I wasn't expecting such a huge pancake! And the potatoes are so good!! Everything was very good and I can't wait to go back! And we didn't wait that long to sit down either!
Edit: We went back two more times, the food is always the best. I love their potatoes! The prices are so affordable for the amount of food given and if we get a table far from the entrance, everything is so much better and more calm. The French toast is a little dry for my liking, so I prefer getting the pancake. Next time I should try the waffle! Super recommended, I am looking forward to coming back.
