Mimi's Cafe

Mimi‘s café is a very special place for my family and I. We’ve been coming here since my kiddo was a kiddo and whenever we are feeling like we want to have “mom n son time together”, though he is in his mid 20s- we head back and share a meal. Everybody’s always accommodating and welcoming. We’ve got a few dishes that we really enjoy. I really like the beefs do roast with a house salad, their ranch is amazing. While my son has always enjoyed their breakfast food varieties. Back in the day they used to have a better assortment of breads that they would greet you with, muffins, Baguettes, etc. Even though that has been excluded it’s still a good experience. Pretty decent breakfast! The service was a little slow, but our server was super awesome! For being a brunch-y type of restaurant, I expected a little more variety in the breakfast options. Biscuits & gravy, grits, & choices of different oatmeals would've been cool. The atmosphere was great as was the food.

April was our wonderful server today at Mimi’s. She was personable and efficient and juggled a lot of extra details with our orders. We all ordered something we hadn’t tried there before and were wonderfully surprised by how tasty everything was. Special thanks to April for all her hard work and pleasant personality in making our lunch a cozy experience.

I love coming to Mimi's cafe and the service given by Ki Ki Kim is unmatchable. Your drinks will never go empty and you will receive great service. Ask for Ki Ki is she is working and available. :) She is one of the greatest servers I have ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so relaxing and the food is delicious. Mimi's is like a home away from home and they have so many choices. One of my favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Mimi's Cafe in Colorado Springs yesterday. Since it is only 10 minutes away from USAFA, my husband and I took our daughter, who attends the Academy, for a brunch. The food was not only delicious but also felt like it was made with a lot of love and care. The server, and likely the manager, was incredibly polite and attentive. The cozy atmosphere and spotless cleanliness of the place were much appreciated. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Mimi's!

Breakfast was delicious. I got the bacon avocado omelet and my wife got the veggie omelet. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We both really enjoyed it. And April was the best. My wife commented several time about how sweet she was. If you haven't been in a while, go back and check it out. Really good.
