The service was top notch, the food was amazing, and we came in an hour before close. It was slow, but the staff was so fun and up beat. Wish there was more staff like them around, you don’t see people happy to be at work anymore.

Came here for a visit for a "snack" to hold me over until dinner. I went with two meats: ribs and brisket... the brisket was dry and I almost thought it was pulled pork. The ribs were really good.. and the spicy sauce on the side was phenomenal!

The meat on the ribs was literally falling off the bone. literally. Just poked at it with a fork for most of it instead of using my hands because it was just that tender! The staff were also fantastic. Not sure if he was the manager on duty or what, but he was very friendly, energetic, and checked up on us while we ate to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend!

Such good food I will never understand why this place isn't busy AF but perhaps I'll savor the one on one friendly customer service and large portions of food out hot and fast by gatekeeping for a bit longer. Stop going to Dickeys and stop here, you will not regret it.

Of all the bbq options in town, Bird Dog is my favorite! They have delicious meat that is moist and wonderfully smoked. The flavor isn't overtly salty and their dedication to quality is in every bite. I'm in love with smoke rings and sloppy sauce though so I might be biased. 😋😋😋😋😋

As a fellow bbq man myself, I have to give credit. This place is almost as good as mine. I recommend if you're in the Springs. Good sauce and ribs.
