B J's Velvet Freez

I've lived in Colorado springs 38 of my 40 years and had always driven by but never stopped so my lady friend and I were out enjoying each other's company and we decided to give it a shot, even tho there is always a line it went super fast an the staff was kind and over all it was an excellent experience I'd be happy to take anybody here for a treat

This place is great!!!!!!!!! We where driving by when we decided to stop in. My wife got a large chocolate cone and I got a root beer float. The ice cream was HUGE! There was no way she was going to be able to finish it. The float was great as well. The staff was really nice and the place was clean. We will definitely be back

This is the hidden gem Icecream place you’ve been waiting for - maybe not so hidden gem but I haven’t seen it mentioned elsewhere so I’ll call it that. We were driving by when we saw it and pulled in. The Icecream is really good, we got a chocolate covered cherry iceberg which was amazing and an m&m iceberg which was so good too. The prices are good and so are the sizes, I couldn’t finish my small iceberg. The menu is simple and the staff is very nice. We will certainly be back in the future and are very excited to have found this spot!

This time around, I ordered a chocolate cone dipped in toasted coconut that was absolutely divine. My wife got a hot fudge sundae, which was delicious, though it did miss a cherry on top. My daughter was thrilled with her chocolate cone dipped in cherry—exactly what she hoped for! The updated parking and new drive-through are game-changers. No more congestion; the service is quicker than ever. They've also revamped the outdoor seating, making it a more comfortable experience for everyone. A big thumbs up for maintaining consistent quality over the years and for making those needed upgrades. Can't wait for our next visit!
