Prime 25

So far, this is my favorite steak and seafood house in town. The whole place invites you into a quaint dining experience. The servers are very professional and can talk you through the menu like they are the chef. The ceasar salad was amazing, and I have never been blown by a salad like that. They have various cuts available, including waguy. Items that we ordered were burgers, salads, salmon, and my personal favorite, mussels (a must buy). Everything is a la carte, so that is where it can get pricey, but the portioning in each course was perfect. Our server also flowed service and coursed everything seamlessly. Absolutely wonderful restaurant!

My favorite experience so far with steak. Had A5 Wagyu and Bison Fillet and it was indescribable. They were really good and the atmosphere is really nice and calm. I was there early when they open. All the staff were polite and helpful with the menu. This place having me addicted to steaks and will definitely come back here if I get a chance!

We went for our wedding anniversary and to say the food was delicious is an understatement. We got the 40oz porterhouse for 2, the truffle Mac and cheese and the gratin cauliflower and it was all to die for. This months special dessert was bananas foster cheesecake which was Devine. Drink were amazing. Service was great, our waiter was very attentive to our needs and on top of keeping drinks topped off. The atmosphere was very romantic. Service was quick! Definitely will be going again!!

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally got my chance recently and I was completely blown away by the quality of the food. Everything was outstanding, I got the A5 wagyu and I can honestly say it was the best steak I've ever had. Everything from the salad to the sides were amazing and completely top of the line. The atmosphere was great and it seemed much more alive than many similar fine dining restaurants I've been to. It was very pricey but that is to be expected with this kind of restaurant and I can say it is definitely worth it. All in all Prime 25 is one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of trying in the colorado springs area.
