Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Everybody must be going out to eat at the same time. The restaurant was packed. The food was delicious as usual. Our waiters area was really full. So he was having to do a lot of steps. While we may have had to wait a little while for him to come by. He was very pleasant. No fault to him. We'll be back for sure.

Like all Red Robin restaurants, it's a good place to go for burger and a brew. We dined in the bar, which is our preferred thing to do these days. The atmosphere is great, but our server, who was also the bartender, got overwhelmed and was slow to check on us. The 3 stars on service is aimed at the management for cutting the staffing so tight, not at the server.

Can't go wrong with their bottomless sides. Burgers were great and the fried pickles are excellent. Server, not so impressive. Never got utensils or napkins. Finally had to go to the server's station and get a handful myself. Had to get her attention and ask for refills. The worst part is that it was early afternoon and there were 2 other tables occupied and 2 people at the bar with 3-4 servers around! No excuse for that.

I don’t think I have ever been more satisfied at a restaurant in my life. The service was amazing, my waiter managed to bring a second drink out right as a was finishing my first. I’m so thankful I was able to customize my burger to my liking, and it was charred to perfection. Don’t even get me started on the garlic fries,, immaculate. I will be back next week at the LASTEST.
