Tokyo Joe's

The menu pricing is confusing for first timers, and not as straight forward as other "build your bowl" type places. The bathroom and tables were not as clean as I'd like, and the people who worked here didn't seem to give a single care about my experience as the customer. Luckily for me and you, most of the food kicks butt, and is a reasonable price. You can normally expect leftovers, and being able to 100% customize a meal is never an overlooked thing for someone like me who has a pretty strict diet. Chairs were comfy and the atmosphere was great. After the initial interacting with the employees and the menu, my experience quickly became better.

The food was spot on but you can tell they needed help. The two front girls were having to apologize for wait times but man were they cranking the orders out. I give it to them for trying to stay proactive even with understaffed. The short haired girl looked stressed but had still smiled and worked. if I can come back and they have help to streamline things I will be extra happy but great job to those two ladies for holding it down. Had they not been hustling it would have been a 3 star review. Management needs to thank them for a good job.

WOW!!!! I love this location....best in the Springs! Tara is an outstanding manager. She is always friendly and always working. Just a great, peaceful atmosphere. Met Katie tonight, what a sweetheart. She is so polite, smiles, takes the order accurately, friendly and efficient, wonderful customer service skills. Although I did not meet the 2 guys they were hard working. The restaurant was so clean and organized. The food was fresh and delicious. Please keep this crew together because I will not eat at your Nevada or Barnes locations, terrible managers!!!!

This location has THE BEST Chef! Since he's been there, we've always had fantastic meals. The vegetables are delicately-cooked and beautifully-arranged. The meat is seasoned just right. The starch/protein/vegetable ratios are perfect. He made us a healthy, delicious Mother's Day meal today, and fast! It was BUSY! Thank You!

Stopped in for lunch and this location by far is the best I've ever been to. The sushi was comparable to a 5 star restaurant! Fresh salmon rolled perfectly. Fresh veggies and juicy chicken in the bowl as well!! The cashier was awesome and polite! Seriously the best joe location! I would drive from Denver to this location just for how great my meal was!

Great experience. There was a red head working the front register, didn't get her name, but when I was taking forever to order and had mentioned I was stressed about the menu because of the no sugars and no carbs diet I am on, she quickly helped me decide and made the experience fantastic. She is so sweet. Fantastic customer service.
