Fuji Bistro- Sushi, Thai, Chinese

Fuji Bistro Tony’s is a neighborhood restaurant. It’s only 5 minutes from our house yet we had never dined there. Our favorite Asian restaurant is downtown and we were not up to the drive. Stopped in at Fuji and now we don’t go anywhere else for Asian cuisine. Everything on the menu is delicious, and we’ve tried everything. Waitstaff is very attentive and the food comes out quick and hot.

This place is quite nice at later times where the mellow sushi bar atmosphere really stands out. The mood is very relaxed and relatively quiet with warm color lighting. The decor is overall very tasteful. The sushi was also great. The sashimi was extremely tender and tends to melt in your mouth. The rolls tend to be on the sweeter side, making them unlike most other sushi places I have visited.

We've eaten here quite a bit, but never actually eaten inside - always to go. The parking is always simple and I've been able to get in, pick up my food, and out quickly and easily. The restaurant always appears to be clean and tidy (although a little dark). The food has always been consistently good - we've never had a bad experience here. This last time, we had sushi because my wife had just given birth earlier in the day and, throughout her pregnancy, she had said that she was going to make me go and get sushi for her first meal! (Obviously, sushi is a favorite of hers and she was missing it during the pregnancy!) As always, each of the rolls that we got were very good and very attractively made. I would strongly recommend Fuji Bistro to anyone... we'll certainly keep coming back!

Wowwwww! Such a cool, cozy place to enjoy and indulge in some of the best Asian Sushi cuisine I've ever eaten!!! Being there with a dear friend of mine from work, I realized that we were going to be sitting for a few hours and, I was correct! Our congenial servers were veryattentive, & ALL of the fresh, flavorful food affairs that were presented to us from the menus we chose were simply spectacular... the mixtures of flavors was SO DIFFERENT, and one in particular, there is a Wasabi-Honey (???) drizzle on one of our entrees...Ohhhhh myyyyy!!! Mmmmm!!! Outstandingly so so good.😉 I wish I could remember all of the names of the dishes that we experienced today, but it doesn't matter, I'm going to be back and we'll try some new food flavors the next time!!! Amazing crunch from the bean sprout - shrimp cooked to perfection - fresh ingredients. It's definitely worth the price. The atmosphere amazingly relaxing. Come one out❤️. The food comes out within 5 - 7 minutes or less. It is hot. It is fresh. It is colorful. It is juicy. It is crunchy; crunchy vegetables guys think about..?Sanitation practices are being followed here that's a +++++++.

Great food and service! We ordered delivery and there was no sauce for our sweet and sour chicken. An honest mistake but, of course, without the sauce it’s just plain chicken! So I gave them a call and they sent another delivery guy over with the sauce right away. The gentleman on the phone and driver were very kind about it. We sincerely appreciated that.

A good variety of options for food and drink. You can order Chinese, Thai and Japanese items and everything was great! I have yet to try anything there that wasn't great so you really can't go wrong. Try their house chili sauce if you're adventurous, it's great! Update: The Mongolian Chicken is truly next level, it has become an obsession of mine. If you like chicken, onions and bell peppers, give it a try!
