The Bench

We had so much fun at this place. We sat at the bar and enjoyed two vegan appetizers. The cauliflower bites and the Brussel sprouts. Both were excellent. For drinks, my friend and I both ordered the very yummy berry bombers. I highly recommend this cocktail. It was like summer in a glass. The first bartender served it with a cherry. The second one did not so I said "don't forget our cherries." The kind bartender put 5 in each of our glasses. I'll return to this place anytime. Great atmosphere and vibe. Definitely stop by and grab a drink, or two.

The spicy chicken and pickles sandwich was super good, nice kick to it and great crisp. I got brussels, nachos, and green chili too. The chili is hot so make sure you can handle your heat. The brussels were a bit too sweet but pretty solid, and the nachos were pretty alright. Service was fantastic and the place passed the vibe check.

The Bench truly made an impression on me. Between the amazing customer service, and the fact that they were able to make a complete Valentine's Day meal that was COMPLETELY VEGAN be good enough that I truly can say I enjoyed it, I cannot recommend this place enough. My wife being Vegan has posed its challenges, but they met it with flying colors. The Brussel Sprouts, a food I naturally hate normally, were really good, and that vegan steak and potatoes were so good that my wife had to double check to make sure it was vegan. Apparently their normal menu, which has both vegan and normal, is amazing too and I can't wait to go back and try it again.
