I've never had issues with my orders. They go far and beyond with their service. Food is great.

I love going through the drive-thru at this Chik-fil-A. They workers are always friendly, even when it’s cold outside. The food is always yummy and warm. And theyve randomly given us freebies! Some customers just dont know how use, nor give courtesy at the parking and the drive-thru sometimes.

I LOVE this Chick Fil A, it's my favorite in all of Colorado Springs, amazing service, food and atmosphere, always clean and friendly. I'd rather drive here to buy food than go to the one closest to my house. Keep up the great work, amazing management, and amazing employees.

Fast, friendly, Delicious!
I placed an order in the app and when I pulled up they confirmed my order.
Then I pulled forward and they confirmed it again.
Then I got to the kid handing out the goods and he reconfirmed, yet again.
This is a good thing.
Using the app is great because I can take my time ordering and not worry about holding up the line.
Plus I was able to cash in some points and score a free brownie.
The sandwich was perfect.
Juicy, flavorful, and very fresh.

I've really enjoyed the new Sweet Jalapeno Pimento Chicken Sandwich. I pretty much plan to go to a Chick-fil-A once a week because I always like my food and experience.

This location is my favorite location. I actually live closer to another location but I will make the longer drive to this location.
The employees at all the locations are very friendly including this location. Everyone at this location seems to be happy and they act like they love their job.
The reason I pick this location over the others is for two reasons. The most important is the food. I love the salad with chicken and this location doesn’t disappoint with how delicious and wonderful the salads are. The amount of chicken makes me want to order from here. My husband loves the sandwiches from this location. The second reason is their speed. They get the orders accurate, friendly and fast!

Consistently wonderful food. The best lemonade ever. Very clean facilities. Only gave atmosphere a 4 because the dinning area is small for the crowds this lookation attracts.

Normally a pretty pleasant experience. My fries were incredibly salty last time I went, to the point I couldn’t eat them. They did offer a remake but I lost my appetite and did not accept. Kind of sucks to have used my points on it but it is what it is.

It's a pretty good fast food place , I was kinda mad one time at chick-fil-a cause they made me and my family wait while 4 people were served before in the drive thru, still I can't hold a grudge forever so I still forgive them.

Alora helped us out while we went through the drive through, I don’t like that I can’t see the menu before ordering all the time because I’m a visual person, and Alora was really nice and grabbed the menu with no problem. She didn’t make it seem inconvenient at all which I really appreciate. She was patient and thorough! Good customer service is a great quality to have! Keep it up girl!
