Texas T-bone

I love this place! I wish they had one in Rochester MN! Well worth the price. The quality of their food and service you get is the best I've experienced. Between 2011-2013 my husband was stationed at Fort Carson. When we found out about this place we ended up going once or twice a month. Sooo gooood! Lol! Not once was there an issue with our orders or service. When the owner heard my 8 year old daughter order her bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp and bacon wrapped filet rare he had to come over and tell her how she ordered her meal perfectly. He was very friendly and chatted with us for a bit. It was like speaking to family that happens to know how to throw down in the kitchen!! Our portions were plenty to take left overs home for another meal. Best dam steak house I've been to. So hey if your looking to open another steak house please consider Rochester MN. My family and I miss everything about your place out there. Thank you for giving us some really good memories.

This was a great experience. Cameron was exceptionally attentive. He made sure we were taken care of. James (AGM) stopped by to check on our experience as well. I appreciate the attention to detail, and the food was OFF THE HOOK delish! Totally hit the spot. All of the staff working were super nice and happy (yes happy). Seriously, this spot is pretty special.

Some of the greatest service you could ever hope to receive. The team here seems together in their positive attitudes and attention to detail for quality service. Food portions are definitely worth the price for our steaks, salads, sides, and of course…complementary rolls. Shout out to Hannah who took care of me and my family. My kids were all over the place and she handled it like it was nothing. Great experience!

I was at the Colorado Springs Texas T-Bone on the evening of August 17th,2023. I have never been treated so rudely by a Host in my life. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 PM. The neon sign outside said immediate seating. We were unaware of their closing time of 10:00 PM. The host first said I will see if you are allowed to order. There was 7 in our Party. The host was a young man who continually ran his fingers through his hair, which I consider unsanitary in a restaurant. He returned and said come with me. He took us to our table and told us to order fast because they were going to close in 30 minutes. I let everyone else order from a very nice waiter, but I refused to spend my hard earned money in a place that treated me like this.

It was ok, we had dinner, 3 kids, 3 adults. The food for the kids was good, for kids eat free tuesday it was better then expected. But ever since it became a place trying to be two restaurants the price has gone way up and the quality of steaks went down. We weren't impressed, and for 40 dollars for a steak, I've made better at home!

We are from out of town meeting up with family members. We wanted to eat at a steakhouse that we didn't have back home in Georgia. We were told this place is great. I ordered a salad as a side and it came out in a massive bowl. Easily big enough for 3 people to eat. The steak was amazing. It didn't need any sauce, but I always use sauce. I literally had no complaints with this experience. This place actually has 2 restaurants in one. A steak house and a BBQ place. Give it a try.
