Had a light lunch. Was very good with a portion big enough for two.

Great service. Servers were tentative and the food was delicious also! First time here, we just happened to be in Colorado Springs and looked up Korean food and this place was the first thing we found on google maps.

LOVE it here. We have been here multiple times now and forever will be our favorite Korean Place.

Such a hidden gem for Korean food in Colorado Springs! Possibly the best Korean food I’ve had. The foods are sooo authentic and they don’t shy on the spice! Service is super nice; our waiter was very polite and comforting. I had the Chirattoek and my wife had the Sundubu-jjigae. Both were so good and they definitely give you a large portion! I definitely recommend this place.

Don't get me wrong, i highly recommend... though in my opinion it's not the number one korean restaurant in the springs for the food (there's only one that's better) but it's a really close second, though i go to this one a lot more than the other because it's more affordable (about 30% less the price!)

Too many Korean restaurants see success and fall into the American mentality of sending out food as quickly as possible. This results in many of the once-wonderful restaurants becoming lackluster.
Shin Sa Dong is a gem. I ordered the sundaeguk (순대국) and proceeded to wait. I wasn't timing anything but I would estimate that at around 15 minutes I realized that I was likely in for a treat—long wait times in Korean restaurants have almost always guaranteed fresh, hot, well-prepared food. This (in my opinion) difficult-to-make soup was no exception. I was truly thrilled at what I got.
The restaurant has a simple, no-frills atmosphere and staff that are quick and to the point. While I do enjoy engaging in some conversation with staff, I don't go to restaurants for that, nor do I care about (as one other reviewer did) whether or not my drink is refilled fast. I care about responsive service revolving solely around the food. I loved the quality. There was no bad taste from the 순대국, which means that they properly prepared the intestines and everything blended together in a wonderful bowl with what I feel was the right amount of vegetables and meat. The broth was fantastic as well.
I truly enjoyed my meal here and will bring my oldest son back to enjoy a bowl of 비빔냉면, his favorite meal as of late.
Hats off to the owner, staff, and especially the kitchen. You've impressed the least Korean-looking Korean that may ever set foot in your establishment.
