Hardly no wait to order (in-store), about a little less than 10 minutes from ordering to getting our orders (included a warm breakfast sandwich).
Dine-in area closed due to COVID but, outside area open.
One thing note mentioning is the terrible road within this shopping area. The deep potholes could cause damage to one's car.

I like Starbucks, I'm able to order my coffee and pay for it online. It will be ready by the time I get there, so I'm not waiting for it.

Great customer service overall- I didn’t even mind that one of my drinks was made wrong because of the speed and professionalism with which they treated and rectified the mistake. Seating area was clean and staff were all friendly and seemed happy! Will come again soon!

Clean, fast and fresh coffee! It's a good place to hang out with a computer for a while - there is a good amount of seating and not a lot of traffic. It's in a strip mall that is not too busy, so you can get some work done. No drive-thru.

I always buy a venti dark. It's much cheaper than the espresso drinks and I can flavor it the way I like with the shakers, sucralose and cream. The baristas are very nice and talkative. They are even respectful to people who don't have enough money to buy drinks.

What a wonderful bunch of people that come through this store! The employees, the customers, and everyone in between- all seem to be in a great mood when they come to this building. I absolutely love the regular customers, and the familiar faces behind the counter everyday who always seem to be smiling. You also have a breathtaking view of Pike's Peak and the nearby range just out the window! What a place for Pike's Place Roast!
