Tonight 3/6 upon arrival into the store there was a proverbial “Karen” in line in front of us who was being extremely rude and being degrading to the young staff working. They handled the interaction professionally even when she took pictures and was demanding staff names and manager presence, all regarding a group of people coming into the business at which time her and her group began haggling staff. The rest of us in line did not have any issues with your staff. Our encounter was made better by her behavior. Thank you for your staff!!

To start this experience, there was only one employee working, meaning there were a ton of customers, and not enough staff. So it took around 20-ish minutes to get the ice cream. Although, their ice cream is really good! Got the mint ice cream today with chocolate, and the ice cream was really creamy, and I'd prefer it over store bought ice cream. Overall a decent experience

Last night being a Saturday night and very busy , there was a young lady short , curly hair with glasses very polite. She’s was very accommodating to everyone including my son with special needs. Despite how busy it was she made sure EVERY person that walked in was greeted with a smile and when the next customer walked up she gave full attention to all. I believe her name was Nevaeh!! Thank you again for your awesome customer service.. we need more people like her around. Great customer service like this , they deserve to be recognized and maybe even a raise!!

Oh man, when we went here a few months ago they were slammed. Line out the door and down to the theatre, online orders pouring in, and people waiting to take orders out for delivery. The staff somehow managed to keep their cool and work quickly and efficiently. I was on a date with my boyfriend and when we needed to wait a little longer for our order, he slipped $5 in their tip jar and it just made me really appreciate him and the staff so much. They work really hard here and deserve as much appreciation and tips as possible!
