I'm at Red Dog in Manitou Springs because they don't open for an hour and it is 45 min RT from my house. Red Dog is where I fist found CCM beans and I pay a bit more for them. I'll fly 4 bags Monday as carry-on. I do 5# a month of CCM Sinatra beans and generally one friday steak night a month. On site, the espresso pulls are great. I do shots over ice. They use a Ball aluminum cup for cold drinks ...just another level above plastic or paper and more earth friendly. Every bag packed with care and signed. Service gets 4 stars because of later opening hours. 8 during week. 9 on Sat. I understand, but that is why I am enjoying CCM coffee somewhere else.

This is an experience you won’t find anywhere else. Everything is of the highest quality even though the prices don’t seem to reflect that. The coffee is affordable even though they’re roasting their own beans on site for everyone to see. I was given an aluminum cup to go too. It’s just an all around great coffee shop.

I cant say enough great things about this place; it has ruined other coffee for me. They store the beans properly so they are still fresh once I make my cup at home. Staff is always so friendly and have the highest standards for what they give out. And if you haven't gone to steak night on Friday nights your missing out BIG time. And they pay living wages so they won't accept tips, and any given get donated. I just love the whole vibe here!!

If you want the best coffee then you have to go here. This place has the absolutely best coffee , and I tell every one of my coffee loving friends and patients about them. If you love coffee, you'll love this place. Their deacified coffee gives you all the flavor, is so smooth, and none of the regurg afterwards.
