Chuck E. Cheese

I have been enjoying Chuck E. Cheese for over a score of years and I must say that my kids still enjoy the adventure each time. It was an expensive experience for the six of us, but it will be a very positive memory for all of us. The kids liked the pizza, I thought it was slightly better than left over frozen pizza. They were ready rapidly. Over all the place was not as dirty as it could be with all the grubby little munchkins darting about. I would say it is a must for kids 6 and up.

Took our grandgirls here after we picked them up from school. They saw we took their lil brother to Chuck E. Cheese earlier. So they wanted to go. So we went to this one on Academy Blvd and now this place has so many great games for all ages. And great customer service. My grandkids ranging from 3,5,8 and 10 and not to mention the biggest kid of them all their Opa. We had a lot of fun and laughter. Great food and service. We're visiting from California and we know for a fact that this will be a place to stop by again with the kiddos when we come back and visit. It's important to have good customer service when we're taking kids out for a good time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I go here for my kids' birthdays. In the last two years prices went up about $2, but everything in the party category remained the same for what a person gets. This year, the price went up and they took away some of the amenities. Because of that, I may not go back. And, the fact that there was another party at the same time, the team organizing it had the events slightly shared and seemed disorganized in comparison to years before. Aside from that wahwah, the people are good workers, the good is good, the games are fun, and it's Chuck E Cheese.

The food was fairly decent and what you would expect from a fast food styled party place. The atmosphere kinda seemed more apathetic, or just going with the motion when doing Chucke themed activities. Games and activities for the kids were great. Being on a fully digital system left less stuff to carry or lose (such as tickets). The service was generally good. Seating for reserved parties should be marked or roped off instead of rudely being told to move. Table was bare from the time we arrived to the time we left. Only indication it was reserved at all was a rude interaction with an employee. Overall 4/5. Motivate your employees to be more enthusiastic and polite.

I think the last time I went to a Chuck E Cheese was 30 years ago and was actually this one, so my memories were of a dark place filled with animatronics; boy, was I surprised walking in now! Super bright and clean and modern, with big screens everywhere, a ton of arcade games for all ages, and a bunch of food (even alcohol!). The food can be expensive ($20 something for a medium one topping pizza), but if you're bringing your kids to play games it's probably the best deal in town for an hour of unlimited play. Birthdays are a good deal too, with very helpful staff and clear planning and lots of fun for the kids with singing and dancing.
