Mountain Clubhouse

Had a wonderful stay in one of the cottages next to the golf course. Beautiful 2 room suite and great coffee/pecan roll at Cafe Julie's. Where the cup is pricey, they do provide as many refills as you like for free.Nice folks and wide open accessibility due to continued light travel. Stayed here several times over my lifetime, and always enjoy the experience.

This is a very unique hospitality experience. Given the expansive, estate-like nature of the property its easy to imagine that you're somewhere else, perhaps a European manor a few centuries ago. The staff are extremely friendly and engaging. The rooms are well appointed if a bit dated, which frankly adds to the period effect and the charm. It would be a fantastic place to turn your phone off, fall off the radar and totally relax. If you're able to do that!

Came into town for a quick business trip, and splurged since it was close to my birthday. Excellent service and accommodations. My only qualm was the toilet paper, angel soft did not live up to its reputation. But hey I guess I'm a sensitive guy. Overall though, amazing place and will definitely come back.

Staff & grounds were amazing. Our lake view room was very nice. Beds were a bit soft for my taste. We did get firm pillows & that helped another. We saw deer on the grounds 2 of the 3 days & the lake is home to a pair of swans. Restaurants all include a 20% service charge. The La Tavern was really good & service exceptional.

Having lived in Colorado my entire life, I've always know of the Broadmoor. We have visited the hotel previously for a variety of events but never stayed. We finally availed ourselves of that opportunity for our Anniversary. I can honestly say that it was one of the most pleasant experiences of our life. From the moment you drive up, until the moment you drive away, everything that the Broadmoor and its staff do is done with excellence and grace. Everything - from the valet, to the bellmen, to the front desk, to the wait staff, to our wonderful room (with all of its plentiful comforts), to the lobby, to the grounds - everything is impeccable, comforting, and enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Forbes stayed here in between other celebrities. Traditional since 1918 this is a MUST VISIT once in Colorado Springs. Beautiful impeccable service and food amazing scenario and nature royalty rooms and specials as the Cadillac experience made it so perfect. LOVE ❤️ IT LOVE IT LOVE IT 🥰 coming back for sure.
