Your server Keva is a rock star! I came in with many family members to celebrate my birthday and from beginning to end, Keva made me feel very special! Her upbeat personality (when we were first seated, she personally sang Happy Birthday to me with sass & style!), attention to detail with our order (she got all 10 orders correct!), and extremely high level of service, makes her an extraordinary asset to your company! Additional kudos to the rest of your team! Many came out to sing me Happy Bday over some ice cream towards the end of our visit. Also, your bubbly hostess/manager(?) set the tone for a wonderful visit when she seated us. The food was plentiful and tasty! Kudos to Keva and an amazing team on the morning of 11/24!!!

Honestly, I've never really been excited at your menu because I don't like pancakes or waffles really, but today my daughter wanted some so we came in. The menu looked nice with decent options so I chose the Colorado omelette. It was actually a good size and tasted really good with the salsa. All of my requests were followed to a T. Michael B was a good server without overbearing. I felt the price was a little high but seems like everything is these days so I kind of understand. Nothing about what I had tasted cheap so I do appreciate that. We were there about 2:00pm on a Sunday and with my bar set low, it was definitely exceeded. The only thing I would say would be that your POS system needs an update because it seems you have unnecessary charges for substituted items. For example: we ordered the happy face kids meal and just wanted a regular pancake instead of the chocolate one but that was a $1.99 upcharge. That's just plain stupid. Fix that. Anyways, I'll be back because this experience was good.

i took my mom out to breakfast for her birthday and JaQuita was our server. She sat us immediately when she came into work. She was ready to work right off the bat. She really took care of us and made us feel so welcomed. She was very professional yet personable, had a very positive and bright personality, very funny too- she was joking around with us which we loved, and was a total sweetheart for the entire duration of our meal. Overall, she was just on top of it and is a phenomenal server! She provides such a wonderful service so i definitely recommend asking for her if you go in!

This I Hop is very well run. What I think may have been managers were running out food,clearing tables and checking on customers. You don't see that often. Our server was great! Wish I could remember her name to give her Kudos. And the food was also good. Overall everything was good. Last experience I had at a different IHop wasn't good so was happy for the good meal experience with family and a friend.

Went here for breakfast this morning and was blown away by the entire experience. Had a big party and was able to get a table right away. Our waitress was one of the best and on top of all out drinks, checking on us, and clearing the table when we were finished with our plates. And the cherry on top was the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Thanks for the start to a great day!
