Everyone in my opinion knows that Mc. Donald's is what it is...but when you come to a restaurant that has been around for years and the service is great...this makes it all the better... it's not easy working fast food jobs and I try to put my feet in others shoes...the employees and Managers all have to make a living for their families the best that they know how...but I am happy to help and thank you Mc. Donald's staff for making me feel like family and offering good customer service when and wherever possible. ...and doing it with a smile even though times are stressful and hard...THANK YOU

My heart was shattered today when I went to order on my app and my rewards didn't work. I am literally pissing and crying.

Honestly this is the ONLY location that hasn’t let me down ONCE. My only complaint is too much salt on the burgers. I’m usually not one to complain about salt but this was salty and it’s been getting worse as I frequent this location. Aside from that, my food is always hot especially the fries. Doing great things!

I didn't order for me, but the kiosk was not user friendly, the order taker was not attentive to my needs, the speed of receiving the food was average, wanted fish sandwiches and they didn't have any nor did they have breakfast available for buying

My kids favorite indoor play place... nicely air-conditioned and spacious with table seating in the play place area for families to eat and parents to relax while kids play. Also there is a motorized vehicle-free connection to this McDonald's from the Rock Island Trail bike path which makes it perfect for a kids bike ride with an ice cream and air-conditioned rest place in the middle! 🚵 🚴♂️ 🚴♀️ 🚵♂️

Stopped in for breakfast, very clean restaurant, very good service, food was fresh and taste good. Some employees didn't speak the best English, but they were extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling! Love seeing friendly and clean restaurants of any kind!!

Went through the drive-through at 10:32am and still asked if they had breakfast knowing well they would say no, but Sofia had said they had some still, and I was able to get breakfast in. Thank you Sofia for simply not saying NO. Great customer service!
