Reggae Pot Xpress

For the decade I’ve been in Colorado I’ve found that this is by FAR the best Jamaican food! The patties? FLAKY. The ox tail? Perfect sized pieces; juicy and lean. The curry goat? Cooked like mamas with the perfect kick of heat at the end. If you like Jamaican food, you owe it to yourself to check it out. If not for the amazing food, check it out for the friendly staff!

The food was fresh and hot, I'm from the east coast and desperately missed Jamaican food. My husband and I are both Caribbean and found it hard to find an authentic restaurant here in colorado. So far we are very pleased, the only reason it is not a 5 star is because we felt the seasonings could've been stronger (could just be what we're used to) and because they didn't have any desserts at the time.😀😋

Totally forgot to take a photo of the food before we ate. But the food was amazing. We ordered the jerk chicken and jerk BBQ rib meals. Both meats were moist and tender. Everything was flavorful. On top of those, they have the best Jamaican beef patties that we've tried so far. Overall was great. Will go back for more

This restaurant is one of the best in town. For those who say its bland or tasteless it is untrue, as for the customer service I have yet to have a bad experience or bad food (you are there for food not conversation). The jerk sauce is a great addition on top of any dish with just the right amount of heat. The food is authentic so most of the dishes are made with the whole animal and chopped to smaller pieces so they will have bones and fat in it which is where the great flavor comes from, just like you would expect from any real wholesome meal that is not tailored to American pickiness. The prices are great and they don't skimp on the meat portions which most places in the springs do for twice the price. The Ox tail stew is phenomenal and nibbling on the bones ensures you don't miss any of the great flavor. I hope more people come here as I know I will continue to support this great eatery.

Great, fast, delicious filling meal! We ordered two lunch specials. Jerk chicken was great and the brown stew chicken was amazing! We also got patties and they were so good. We ordered take out and it was ready when my husband arrived. He also said the woman working was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

My family and I have been to a few Jamaican restaurants. Reggae Pot Xpress is truly a great restaurant for authentic Jamaican food, the food is great. What really made my experience memorable was when I had ordered a slice of coconut cake. For me, Coconut Cake is one of my favorite cakes and sometimes hard to come across. This cake was just amazing everything about it was just right. 10/10 will eat again!

This was my first time having Jamaican food, and I'm sorry to say, but I will not be going anywhere else but here from now on! Granted, we went a little late before closing time, but the owner was super nice and accommodating. The food was AMAZING. I'll definitely be going back and trying everything on the menu. Their food is amazing! Home-cooked make-ya-feel-good flavored goodness! With just the right amount of flavor and kick to make you continue licking your lips afterwards wanting more! We will most definitely be back here. You guys [Reggae Pot Xpress] are great! Thank you! We had the Oxtail lunch special, Jerk Chicken, and chicken soup, and a meat pie. All so very delicious!
