Great donuts, great inside condition, but outside area is a bit rough. Staff are friendly, but manager isn't very nice. She yells, and kinda gives 'smart' responses. I usually go here for T Mobile Tuesdays though. Second experience was great though. Staff were nice and got what I wanted :) Third experience was great! Lil Momoa was able to get us through just great and was super chill and nice.

Staff are friendly, have the most up to date menu, and wait times are low with quick service. Lose a star because the parking lot is an absolute disaster. There are multiple potholes that are a foot deep, and the entrances from the road are so steep that you have a good chance of damaging your car.

❤️ helpful fun teamwork! it was like walking into a family run locals spot. I was greeted with smiles & immediately asked how could they help. I ordered 2 Boston cream, 1/2 a dozen of the most popular donuts & the young man grabbed a box & went right to selecting. I also ordered a peppermint moca over ice delicious! everyone was pleasant. Lahoma R. rang me up while the young man made the drink. ticket# 1569153 I will be back :D

This is a great place to get coffee and donuts. With the new beyond sausage sandwich they now offer something for everyone. The crew works hard, there was a large turnover in crew the past couple of months but now they are better trained and they work well as a team. There is consistency in the way drinks are made.

I really like this Dunkin location. It is close to downtown Colorado Springs and has its own parking lot, which makes it super convenient. Every time I come here, the employees always greet me with a smile and a "Hello," "Good Morning," etc. I usually get a French vanilla swirl hot coffee with cream and sugar, but being on a health challenge, I've had to curb my added sugar. One morning, I went in and instead of getting a black coffee, I asked about the "unsweetened/sugar free" syrups. The employee helping me was so sweet about answering my questions if it was truly unsweetened or did it have a sugar substitute. Well, she didn't know off the top of her head, but I ordered a vanilla syrup in my black coffee and headed to the restroom. When I came out, the employee told me that she found out the question and that the syrup is truly unsweetened and does NOT have any sugar substitute. Winning!! I think this place offers great customer service every time I come in and I come in at least once a week. The employee answering my question fully even after I decided to give the syrup a try shows that they do care about their customers and customer service will always bring me back.

The closing shifts customer service at this location is OUTSTANDING! Especially Dustin & William. These two gentlemen repeatedly go out of their way to ENSURE you are 100% happy with everything about your visit. I've visited right at 10:pm & it's service with a smile, no rush, curtesy, as if I was the first customer of the shift. I've switched locations because of the staff. I originally went the first time after calling to ask was their espresso machine still on at 9:40 after being told several days in a row at my 'regular' location it was already closed for cleaning. So I called this location & was their espresso machine already down for the night. It was Jay who answered -He was the first i spoke to at the location. He was incredibly friendly & informed. Told me it does not get switched off until even the store is actually closed for the night, it runs a self clean cycle I think he said. So come on & get my drink. When I arrived after meeting Dustin it was then that I realized that Jay is WELL informed & knowledgeable about the functions, etc. Of the store yet it did not appear he was in direct customrr service position. He was a back employee. (For all I know he could be the Manager, owner, LOL, but it appeared Dustin was the shift manager. I could be mistaken) The service received the first night went after being so frustrated trying to get the ONLY coffee I drink 3 or 4 days & being told every time NOPE-CLOSED! Totally a let down. Last night William told me he's been at Dunkin 4 years. Smiling the whole time too! This location is 4 miles closer to me & the ***Bonus/best part you ask? They all (every employee I've met so far) treat me like I'm a customer they enjoy serving which is a wonderful change. Not sure what makes the massive differences in attitudes. On my way out of the store after chatting with William as he cleaned & began to mop the floor just out of curiosity, even though I was pretty sure I knew the answer. "So, what would you do if someone walked in right now & wanted to order a drink?" William- "Put it on & make it for them." I'm certain that is indeed what he would do. I got in my car about a.minute later and it was 10:09pm. Dunkin' Donuts closes at 10pm. I suppose if the door is unlocked, his reply to his answer was I want my customers happy. That is why he's a member of Management! I handled the issues at the location very low key. I was assured it was a training issue due to movement of staff due to expansion. Totally understandable & my loyalty lowards my favored location Unfortunately it didnt work out like I'd hoped. they learned my drink,. But, instead of the overall situation getting better it was almost like I was marked. They even talked ABOUT me on my way out while I was in earshot the first time I was in after speaking with management & it just continued to escalate. Til i got told that the espresso machine was ALWAYS off for cleaning no mstter what time I went in in the evening. The last 3 times were around 9:30. (The original phone call to this store was made at 9:37) I no longer felt comfortable going there. It became crystal clear to me they just did not want to serve me. I do not want contaminated food. So therefore I bailed! No, i did not go back to management. It was pointless in my opinion. I AM VERY VERY HAPPY GOING TO THIS NEW LOCATION!!! This Dunkin is how Dunkin's are supposed to be & most are. These guys are super friendly, customer conscious, warm, welcoming & a whole lot closer to my house. I gave them a very brief cliff notes version of my issues at the other location. Let them know why i was calling for espresso. So Basically said my issues shouldnt ever have been. LOL First world problems! Go see these guys on the close shift! I bet the other shifts are genuinely happy people as well who are on top of their service game & enjoy working for Dunkin'!! #IRUNONDUNKIN

Always friendly at this Dunkin'. Never had any issues or problems while getting donuts and coffee with two 4 years olds. Ordering no more than 4 donuts usually, milk, coffee and a quick sit down at a table is the extent of our experience here. It's a quaint DD.

This is the BEST DD in the STATE because of one specific worker, Kevin D. He was alone in the evening and provided the BEST service. His attitude and energy were amazing! He was incredibly pleasant and it seemed sincere. I was having trouble bringing out all of my order at once, so he brought out the rest to us. Also, which is VERY important, he made our drink orders 100% correctly! EVERY DD we have been to in the state gets the order wrong EVERY time. Not Kevin! I haven't seen customer service in the food industry that is this impressive in about a DECADE. We do not live in Colorado Springs anymore, but from now on, we will go out of our way to stop at THIS location! Thank you for hiring such an amazing worker! He needs a raise or to be considered for assistant manager (if he isn't already).
