Carl's Jr.

I ordered drive thru to take home for me and my family. We had 3 chicken sandwiches and a chicken stars meal. Though we had to pull up to the front of store to wait, it was worth it because the food came out nice and hot! Once we got home, the food was not only still hot, but the sandwiches were made to perfection! Not all smashed and thrown sloppily together like other locations. The nuggets were fresh and fries hot and salted like they came straight out the fryer. The cashier was super friendly and did a fantastic job! I can only wish more restaurants, especially other fast food chains, were as efficient, friendly, and careful with their service as this location. Will definitely be returning! Thanks for great service!

Cleanest Carl's Jr I've ever been too!!! Wish more restaurants took pride in cleanliness from the sidewalk a girl was sweeping to the clean front door, perfect bathroom, (female) shining streak free order counter, ALL tables, chairs, soda area, clean as clean can get in a public place!!! Lady that waited on me, very friendly!! Thank you for having a clean restaurant!!!

All I can say is Brandi was on it! She was operating smoothly during a highly stressful timeframe and delivered exceptionally well under the circumstances! She made our breakfast experience at Carl’s Jr. a delight! We will be back again and hopefully Brandi will be there to deliver an exceptional breakfast to our family like the last time!

Gone are the days of bacon not being micro-cut….. service was great and staff friendly. Wish I could find a bacon breakfast sandwich that actually satisfied my want of bacon. At least the actual biscuit is way better than McDonald’s or Burger King. Good deal as long as they keep the 2 for $5 biscuits.

the service and communication was amazing!! i was welcomed in and it felt nice having people welcoming me in, the food was really good! i got a double western cheese burger with a side of fries and it was really good! i didn’t wait long for my food either, overall it was a good experience and i will be returning soon!! nice job Carl’s junior staff!!

The staff at this location is so nice, it was my first time here and they were so polite. I had a bad day at work and wanted to stop by on my lunch break to try something new, and Brandi and her team really were working hard while treating customers nicely - we need more of this in customer service. It can be a hard job but it really does impact the customer's day when you maintain the friendliness! It was very clean in there, also, and my food was perfect. Definitely will come here more for my breaks !

I came here while visiting family in Colorado. I am from Wisconsin, so I was curious to see if the “Hardee’s” that I know of here would be any different than this Carl’s Jr. we passed. I was surprised to see that not only was it very clean, but the staff was extremely friendly (Brandi was the manager who assisted me) and made my experience so pleasant - and the food tasted delicious! She is doing an excellent job as a manager, her customer service skills definitely stand out compared to what I am used to! She was smiling the whole time, and was so kind and patient with me, which means so much to me as someone with anxiety. Next time I visit I will be sure to come back for a tasty burger and fries - and a friendly smile!
