What you can expect from this outstanding service that clearly shows amazing Management material. Tacos so hard they're clearly 5 days old im sure they are well withing health code. What I love the most is how the price of the product keeps rising while the quality of the employed keeps falling. This place is a joke.

Okay y’all so I’m NEVER a Karen, and I don’t know if this review will even change anything, but wow this location needs some work. We live right across from them so when we are craving them, we enjoy the convenience. I would say we go here pretty frequently ever since we moved here in December of 2021, and 100% honestly, about 8 times out of 10 our order is either wrong or missing items. Once I went into the store to correct an item that was wrong and the cook behind the counter had a very bad attitude and I really was super polite because I know how stressful a food service job can be, but I wish I would have gotten the politeness back. “Why keep going if your orders are always wrong?” We go because it is super close and we want to give them the opportunity to get better, but sadly we are almost always disappointed and it’s a shame. They have gotten our order right not even a handful of times. I just feel like the cooks genuinely don’t care if the order is right or not, but the other employees are always very pleasant to talk to. We and other customers spend so much money just to have employees not care what they are doing. I understand how stressful and demanding a food service job is, I have worked them myself, but you are being paid to do a job and I feel like leaving off tomatoes, sour cream, and lettuce really isn’t rocket science. Please do better. Two stars because the other employees are helpful and polite and in the rare occasion that we do get the right order, our food tastes great.

This particular Taco Bell is close to my house so we visit frequently. I can honestly say this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I would say it’s the worst fast food service I’ve ever had. My orders are always incomplete or wrong. They served me rock hard tacos right before closing and by the time I got home they were closed. The manager Bradley blames the general manager Melanie, claims they never listen to his complaints and they are having supply problems. That has NOTHING to do with quality control. If you don’t have something tell the customer instead of throwing something else in the bag hoping they don’t come back and complain. Ya it’s cheap food but we should get what we pay for. Both managers should be replaced and the owner of this business should take a look how much business they are loosing because there is another Taco Bell 2.5 miles away and I will take my business over there after them messing up for the 11th time. (11, ELEVEN times). One job ….. the simplest menu on the planet…..and they still mess it up.

My order always has lots of modifications and 9/10 times they get it right, which I appreciate. Staff has always been friendly and they never take too long to get our order out. They are out of sauce flavors besides diablo quite a bit, so if you come here frequently and they give you a ton of sauce one day, save it as you will need it sooner or later!

Happy ending.. So I order drive through, and they tell me to pull around front which has never happened at this location. I pull around front and I'm waiting there for probably 15-20 minutes. At this point I'm thoroughly confused. I get out my car and walk inside and she's on her way out the door to bring my food as I'm walking in. She's very apologetic and sweet. But listen,... I don't know what happened in there... but that was the best nacho fries, taco, and chicken quesadilla I have ever had from Taco Bell. Ever. You can taste the freshness in those french fries. 👏😎 I might even eat here more than once a month from now on.. 🤣

I ordered 2 bean burritos, 2 crunchy tacos, and 2 quesadillas. The bean burrito was cold and the tortilla was hard, the tacos came cold and the crunchy tortilla was soggy. On top of that I order fire sauce and did not receive any. Lastly when I went to grab my food everything came out of the packaging because it was poorly wrapped.

This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and happens to be the best one I’ve personally tried in CO Springs. They have messed up my order maybe once and they are almost always provide above the expected customer service. Kudos to the staff of this location that has been working here for the past year! You guys are great! Don’t let a long DT line fool you it goes WAYYY faster then you’d think!
