Jimmy John's

We went there close to closing this past Tuesday. I felt bad ordering 8 sandwiches, but the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and accommodating! I didn’t catch his name, but the service and quality of sandwiches he made was awesome! I apologized for coming in so late and ordering so many sandwiches, but he proceeded to thank me and express that he was happy he could help. Service like that is rare these days!

I ordered food for my husband this time but they're sandwiches are usually really good. I haven't had one in a long time. The service was amazing. Both we were very patient with me while I had to talk with my husband but also very helpful once I was able to just have my husband speak to them. They were also very kind and made sure everything got settled to where the sandwich was made right.

Awesome Jimmy John's! Great, friendly customer service. Best for customer service in Colorado Springs. I usually always order a Hunters Club Sandwich at Jimmy John's. Today was no exception. Sandwich was made fast and great quality. Dined in...clean dining area. Convenience of having a second soda fountain on opposite sides of the dining room is a great feature. No congestion in the usual tight spaces near a hall way. Definitely a place I will eat at more often.

I usually end up here once a week. Very clean, albeit small seating area, respectful and polite staff. The food is always fresh and, as per their motto, freaky fast (like doesn't even take 5 minutes before they hand you your food with 100% accuracy). Best fast food in Colorado Springs, if you ask me.

Thank you all for being so kind and fast as you can be. I really appreciate the work you all put into making my food and making sure it gets to me. This store has great service. There have been a few mishaps but the only reason I bother to mention them is to also mention that they correct the situation every time and go out of their way to ensure they are giving outstanding customer service. I've been ordering from this store for about a year or more. The food is always made right and is delicious. The people are friendly, courteous, and willing to make things work amicably. Super happy with their customer service and product.

I had to call three stores to get the right one but I'm glad I ended at this store! Let alone the driver is smart, super tall, and gorgeous, the food was absolutely delicious. The manager commented how you can't mess up lemonade but you so can! Lemonade was refreshing, whole pickle was crisp, but more importantly the tuna was not bland but actually very refreshing! It's more than that though, they were attentive, fast, completely understanding and accommodating
