Chipotle Mexican Grill

Sometimes the service can be hit or miss, but lately I’ve been getting nicer employees serving me. I chose to write this review for the sole purpose of putting good word in for who served me this morning; he was a young man with dark brown hair and it seems that every time I come in, he’s extremely efficient, quick, and always greets me with a smile and is always so nice! When his colleague asked for him to grab something for another customer, he did it happily without question. He deserves a raise for all of his great qualities! You guys got yourself a great employee. And yes, the food is always delicious! :)

They've lessened the portions pretty drastically while increasing the price. At this location specifically, the system wouldn't allow card transactions so we ordered through the mobile app. We went back in to pick it up but their system shut down completely and had to get in line to give them the order - no big deal except they only have one person filling all these orders and they can't take anymore. There's one girl running around trying to make everyone happy and everyone else is just looking like they're cleaning up leaving this one guy to fill everybody's orders that were supposed to be filled already. Teamwork guys, you're line would move faster and people would be out of here quicker thus making everyone involved happier. Also, the music is too loud. Edit: two more people did jump on the line to get people going and out the door. Thank you
