2 adults and 4 kids went to this IHOP to have breakfast. Nobody was at the front when we walked in and nobody came to seat us for a few minutes, so I wonder if they're understaffed. Anyhow, when we were seated, it was at a booth, but not a very large one for such a big group. I wish they would have sat us at the large corner booth, but it we managed, so no big deal.
Our waitress seemed pretty busy and they were trying out some new ordering system, using tablets, so it seemed like that slowed her down a lot. I know she must have been flustered and she would forget things. She got our order in correctly, even with minor modifications to the food, and it came out correctly and warm. The wait wasn't too long, but it wasn't fast either. The eggs were a little dry, but overall, the food was delicious.

Our waitress Neveah has truly gone above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing! She is great and always makes our 19 month old daughter feel special too. Thank you Neveah! This location is lucky to have you! And the food itself was amazing and came out very quickly to our table.

I never leave reviews but I a great experience today. It’s my sons birthday and our waitress Lauren I believe is her name made sure he felt special. Great service and the new classic benny was good.

The restaurant was clean, and there were plenty of employees to assist. I ordered a Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich from the Hoppy Hour menu. It was cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh. My husband ordered a Bacon Bourbon Steak burger, which he enjoyed. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing experience. We went for breakfast during brunch time on a Saturday and it was a busy day. Our host was nice but our server Sean was amazing. He was super funny and charismatic. Even though we had a long wait for our food because the kitchen got backed up in orders he kept our drinks full and made sure that everything at least came out fresh. He was probably one of the best servers I've had as a whole and I will be asking to sit with his section the next time I return to IHOP

Came to this Ihob today. Sorry, I meant "IHOP." It was the first time I order their burger/chicken sandwich since their tease marketing in 2018. We were seated promptly, and the wait for the food was a little longer but it was full house. The server was attentive and everything went as expected.

Alan should be working for somewhere that deserves him; aka Cloud Nine alpine bistro, or posh lounge resturant ect...
The wait was at least 30 minutes, just for party of two. They only have so many tables/get it.
Service was the best part, thanks Alan !
Food was what I expected, no complaint.
