Jersey Mike's Subs

Update- November 5th, 2023 Since my last review, over 5 years ago, I have had the pleasure of ordering from Jersey Mike's several times. I can't say enough about the progress that they made over that time because they are excellent in all categories now. I really appreciate their customer service and their attitude and approach towards their customers now. They reached out to me and went above and beyond to be sure that I was a happy customer and that the issues I described before were resolved. Since my last review, I've ordered many, many, times and every order was perfectly made and they had zero issues with running out of ingredients, etc. Jersey Mike's is my number one and only place to go for great sandwiches here in Colorado Springs. I can't recommend them enough! I've been to this Jersey Mike's a few times now. It's been my experience, unfortunately, that they are usually out of one thing or another. Meatballs, condiments, bread (like the new Rosemary Parmesan bread), etc. Plus, the staff always seems distracted, or "busy", even when the place is empty. I'd give it 4 stars if they'd resolve these issues as the food is actually decent...

This was probably the best experience I have ever had. Greg and Mark took my celiac disease (gluten allergy/intolerance) very seriously and took extra precautions to make sure my sandwich didn't come in contact with anything that could have cross contaminated it! They made sure to change there gloves and wipe down and clean the surfaces. They put extra care in to making sure I didn't eat gluten! A big thank you to the both of them for being amazing!

We're painting my house and then time for lunch. My granddaughter is type 1 diabetic so we were happy to know that this place understands and accommodates people with diabetes. One of the employees who also was a diabetic wiped down all the equipment before making my granddaughters sandwich. Very friendly staff. And the food is great. Thanks .
