Jimmy John's

These guys are awesome. We put in a rather large order a week in advanced, for my uncle's memorial service. (Jimmy John's was his favorite) not only did they have everything ready when we needed it, it was fresh, they accommodated dietary restrictions for one person, amd they loaded the car. Absolutely amazing company, with great service and wonderful food. Well done guys. 👏

Now, I've only ordered here once through Door Dash last night. So keep that in mind. I have to say, Jimmy Johns uses their own drivers to deliver their Door Dash orders, not Door Dash drivers. Turns out this is excellent! Jimmy Johns made my food super fresh and they were surprisingly fast bringing it to me! They didn't even call or text me for directions. They found my exact place all on their own up off of Astrozon. Their sub buns are the best! Absolutely firm and fresh sub bread that can hold all of the ingredients the right way. The way they package orders is also excellent! Everything is put together well, correct, wrapped nicely, and then sealed good. Love this place for the one time I ordered so far!!! They are better than Subway in my opinion.

Ordered the zesty garden turkey club(omg best sandwich ever) after placing order, I noticed I chose pick up instead of delivery, unfortunately I'm not able to leave work to go pick up. I called to cancel, and manager fixed it for me to delivery and even waived the delivery fee.. talking about making a customer super happy.. now, I just need that sandwich to become permanent on the menu.. thank you so much!

Over the top on customer service excellence. I called in 30 mins before closing on a Friday nite omg 11/12/2021, my call was answered by the most nicest guy Christopher , my order was a bit off though as I wasn’t at my own home but was rather in my husbands work truck we were on our way home when we had a service call come in and he decided to go help out , so I stayed with him . Well long story short turns out Siri told me a complete wrong address for Jimmy Johns Driver who turned out to be a totally cool guy ( I missed his name ) :( ….. anyways Christopher was real patient and completely understanding while I ran around in this persons house found a bill or letter on a table got the right address and then the driver was quick quick right to the truck I was in , driver was freaky fast and I gave the wrong address and I still ordered and they made my order and the poor guy who was the driver (aww thank you ,), he was patiently waiting for his next move with this whole delivery lol I was called from the store Christopher was so calm patiently waiting for me to get the correct address lol ,the driver got my food to me and he was a totally cool dude frfr as was Christopher- and I wrote a book for the review on these guys all in 17 mins . Freaky fast is true especially if it’s from South academy s location . 5 stars +++ +++++++++ totally recommend best restaurant fast food spot in all of Colorado Springs s south end by far . Keep up the good work guys!! They deserve a raise $$$ lol . They were chill af , never seemed even a bit annoyed by the whole mix up , great experience I appreciate ur dedication to your customers.
