Literally got 3 cheesy roll ups which is probably one of the simplest things on the menu and for some reason there was lettuce in all of them and a single piece of tomato? I feel like they threw gross food scraps that were left on the counter in my meal. This wouldn’t be a big deal except I HATE lettuce and it made the entire thing taste gross. This location is closest to me but they always mess up my order and I don’t know how. I went there a couple days ago and the food was AWFUL but I assumed it was a fluke. Save your time and go to the one off of Garden of the Gods instead.

Went through the drive thru, went home and started eating my chalupa and bit into a long piece of brown hair. Called the store and spoke to an employee and a manager, both of whom told me there was no one working there with long brown hair, only long black hair. The hair could have been brown or black. The manager told me to take a picture of the hair and bring it into the store for the morning manager to look at. They took no responsibility for the hair, nor did they offer any replacement product or even an apology for the DISGUST I experienced chewing an employee's hair in my meal. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service and the attitude of the employee and manager who seemed to be implying that I was making it up?? I bagged the chewed up bite of chalupa with the hair in it and will be taking it to the morning manager tomorrow.

Absolutely horrible! 20 minutes. This is when they told me to order online. Then the online system was down. So I came inside and ordered on their computer screens. Which did not have what online had. 20 minutes to receive my order. They deserve 0 stars if possible. Shame on you Taco Bell.

I frequent this store because it is close to my house. The last 6 times, I have had a bad experience. For some reason the store lobby is usually closed or locked. Ordering through DoorDash is easy. When the lobby is closed I have to wait extra time in the drive through. When the lobby is open, there is always a wait. I was the only person in the lobby today. The drive through was not too busy. When I arrived my order was not ready and I had to wait about 10 minutes. I am a vegetarian, so I always get black beans instead of the meat. They seem to run out of black beans often, then sub black beans for refried. They have gotten my order wrong on several occasions I am allergic to avocado and they put it on one of my burritos. I called the store, not angry or even complain. I just wanted them to be aware so it wouldn’t happen to someone else. The person I spoke with just referred me to their Taco Bell customer service phone number. I called the number. They said they were sending me a voucher for a refund. I never received it nor heard back from anyone. I am giving them 1 star only because ‘some’ of the employees are nice there. I was in the food and beverage industry for 24 years. We actually cared about the guest experience. This is not how you handle these situations.

You go to Taco Bell because you expect consistency in addition to convenience. Today I got 3 hard shell tacos that were inedible because the taco shell were so stale and stinky, that something was clearly wrong with them. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. Any QA going on at this location? I’ve been a consistent patron of this location but I won’t be going back.

If I could give this taco bell 0 stars I would. We went there tonight and waited 45 minutes. This has become the norm at this location unfortunately. We finally asked for a refund as our ticket still hadn't been started. 2 employees left while there was a line in the lobby. The employees were talking in the back and moving very slow. They were giving no effort whatsoever, I have managed in F&B and this is not how it should be done. Also the kitchen was filthy. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Ordered ahead in the app. Waited at the drive-thru window for over 10 minutes (did I mention that I was the only one in line?) waiting for my box order - which was a very simple, 3-item order. Got my food eventually, and when I went to eat, realized they failed to add any meat to my crunchwrap supreme. This marks the third failed order attempt in a row, from 3 different Taco Bell locations. Seriously...I don't know what happened, but ever since COVID started the entire chain is broken, and I will no longer be giving them my business because there are so many other food places available that are trying to do a better job.

I went and purchased 2 Mexican pizzas and they were burnt how do you burn Mexican pizzas and then give them to a customer I advise if you stop here before you leave check your food this place has done it again I kept quiet the first 2 times this has happened with other food I’ve purchased but now it’s just to much I am very disappointed and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves this is unacceptable I will never go back here again I will just go to the one on garden of the gods
