WOW! I had an AMAZING experience at Subway on Stetson Hills this week. These ladies, especially Gigi, went above and beyond to provide an amazing catering experience! They were friendly, fun, and knowledgeable about the menu and catering options. They helped me pick the perfect amount and types of sandwiches for my event and went out of their way to get my short-notice order done on-time. The platter presentation looked beautiful and the sandwiches were DELICIOUS and SO fresh! They helped carry the platters to my car for me and were absolutely wonderfully kind. Bottom Line: The staff was friendly, the food was amazing, the presentation of platters was spot on, and the establishment was clean. What more could you ask for!? Thank you Gigi and the staff at Subway on Stetson Hills.

If you eat at the one on Stetson just watch that they change gloves at least. They keep them on after making a sandwich then check people out at the register with the same gloves on, touching money, etc. Then come back to make the next sandwich. Wouldn't be so bad if I didn't get attitude when I politely ask them to change them. I've been told "we don't have too." Only Subway I go to now is the one at Powers and Dublin.

The lady and gentlemen working at 1:30pm Friday 2/18 provided the best service I have received at any business in a long long time! I only wish I remembered their names to properly recognize them here. Please be sure they are appropriately recognized for making customers feel appreciated and providing stellar service. Job well done!

The new update on the app wouldn’t allow me to take off Avocado for some reason it wouldn’t let me take of any of the protein. So I put no avocado in all caps on the special instructions my sandwich came with as much avocado as they could put on the sandwich so instead of dragging my toddlers out of the house again I called 6 times nobody picked up so I drag my kids out and drive up to the store there was no customers at all so I am not sure why they couldn’t answer your phone then the guy at the cash register said that they get two separate receipts one with special instructions and one with the order. Then he just stares at me like it’s my fault tried not to remake my order I had to argue with h for them to remake my order because I guess it’s my fault that they get two separate receipts

We just ordered 3 foot long sandwiches and were under the impression that they were supposed to be made to order. That’s not what we got we ask for extra lettuce and tomato which we didn’t get on our sandwiches and where shorted on the bacon on the BLTs YOUR FIRED we will make it our self or go to one of your competitors before we order a sandwich from you again. If this is how you handle on line orders you should lock the doors and send your employees there pink slips shame on you for treating us this way. I will never go back there again, they are out of ingredients all the time the bread was crunchy, they always have brand new people there and no manager, I've tried calling for days now regarding a refund for my food that was beyond low quality and no one ever picks up the phone, like why can't I get ahold of a manager over there to get a simple refund??

We ordered three subs online to be picked up and one hardly had ANY turkey on it, it was mostly cheese and bread. Two were meals and we didn't get the drinks or chips. Very disappointed for close to $40, for three sandwiches and they couldn't even do it right. When I called to tell them about it the phone rang off the hook, no one answered. They won't even answer their phone to make things right. Won't be going back!
