Subway

I came in after highschool rush, and Keely was amazing! We had full conversations while she made sandwiches! She was super patient when I didn’t know what I wanted to eat, and was super kind when mentioning to others what items she was out of. She worked really well under pressure (missing lots of items) and still made me delicious food. She was also amazing at staying on top of online orders while having a line out the door. Beautiful work, clean atmosphere.

The operator of this store is doing a stand out job. I had an enchanting customer experience with him last time I went and he seems to have good managerial skills with his team! Although, I will say that I've had consistently poor experiences later in the day at this Subway. One time in particular they were more focused on doing whatever they were doing with the cookies than getting to making my sandwich. I ended up walking out and going to Albertacos instead... My recommendation is that if you're craving Subway, go here in the morning, not the afternoon. One issue I've never had with the store is the cleanliness. Keep it up guys! In terms of food quality, I've never had issues. Granted, I only ever get some sort of Italian sandwich or a meatball. Those are hard to screw up. If you're looking for a really tasty sandwich, go to Firehouse. But that's just common sense.

The young man working tonight has by far made this my favorite location. Always a great experience and our sandwiches came out perfect!!! Even with several people walking in behind us he greater everyone with a smile and with excellent Professionalism. Subway you did right by hiring him I really hope yall are taking good care of him... I wish I could spell his very unique name.

Went in to get food with the kiddo. There was a little bit of a wait but that's okay. The workers, I think their names were Keem and Chris (correct me if I'm wrong please!!) apologized for the wait, were very professional, kept a cool and calm attitude while helping people as well as getting online orders handled. Very friendly while helping us, kept conversation going while getting things done. Wonderful atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys. Will return :)

I came in today to find Dominic so as to get his name for this review. This man is one of the most compassionate strangers I have ever met. I came in a few weeks prior to pick up a late dinner before going out to do ride share (which is a second job) to help me tackle my debts. I am going through some extremely hard times currently outside of finances and in the middle of trying to order my sub I just lost control of myself and cried. He asked if I was okay with a look on his face that showed no annoyance or awkwardness at a grown man crying in a Subway but genuine concern and compassion for his fellow man. I told him I am just trying to keep my s*** together and that I am sorry he had to deal with it. I turned to grab a drink from the fridge and when I set it down he pushed the sandwich toward me while I was getting ready to pay and told me 'you look like you need it.' It was not an issue of money and I was ready and willing to pay but he insisted. His kindness and compassion gave me something new to think about and take my mind out of a state of sadness and even encouraged me to pay that kindness back to more strangers I encountered throughout the rest of the weeks the followed. Dominic deserves tremendous recognition for what he did for me that night. I would appreciate an email from a supervisor just so I can personally ensure recognition is given accordingly. And thanks to Ben today for making my order while I got to thank Dominic again!
