Mcdonald's

The manager running the drive thru was very rude and accused me of yelling at her. I wasn't yelling, but when you continue to talk over someone that is asking for something, I had to ask 3 times for something. This isn't the first time that she has been rude with me during a visit. Customer service is awful anymore and sadly this establishment has lost my business.

There are 2 McDonalds within easy driving distance. I like this one because the homeless denizens are very gregarious. Why just this morning one of them tacked a large coffee onto my order, without waiting for something as banal as my consent. Feeling charitable, I paid for the coffee. He was somewhat angry at my reticence about driving around to the back where he has made his abode. So if you see a review of this location where the service is denigrated, it's probably this individual complaining about me not delivering his free coffee to him. Sorry McDonalds. Next time I'll deliver.for the population at large: if you like overpriced, unhealthy, salty, fatty "food" this is the place! 5 stars,for food, 5 more for ambience, 5 more for reasonable pricing, 5 more because it's close. That's like a billion stars or so!

I would say over the last 2 years, it has been hit or miss. Biggest problem was management. I'm sure they have a high turnover. Which affects the quality of service and ultimately the quality and presentation of the food. But tonight it was pretty much spot on. And I'm talking in every facet of my interaction with them. They gave my dog Luke a pup cup of whipped cream. They even offered him a dog bone. I thought that was nice! The food was fresh the sandwich on a brioche bun and it was well prepared well-placed just the right amount of toppings and wrapped neatly. The drive-up person was just so sweet and polite and really nice to Luke. This is the first review I've given that has been Sterling for that store. Let's just hope that they keep going the way they're going. Give it a try I think you'll be impressed! 👍🏽✌🏽🙂

I've been to this location a few times..I have 4 kids and they LOVE McDonald's. Tonight I did a mobile order. We picked up inside. I didn't check the bags before we left, LOL I know!! As we are heading home we are checking bags,, no fries. I turn around. We get there and the lobby was closed. We jump in the drive thru. I tell them my issue and they direct me to the second window. I get to the window and LORI greets me. I tell her my problem and she tells me she will get me worked out. She comes back and tells me it will be a few minutes, she just dropped some fresh ones. We park, she brings us our fries. OMG!! It's been a while since I've gotten service and hot fries like that from MickeyD's. Thank you Lori!! You really made the trip worth it!!

You have a pretty good idea of what you’re getting yourself into when you plan to eat a meal from McDonald’s, so let’s not kid ourselves here, but there’s something so good about McDonald’s breakfast on the weekend. In the words of my girlfriend, “Sometimes you just need plastic cheese and a greasy sausage to start the day right.” My Sausage McGriddle was fantastic. Coffee - perfect. Girlfriend said things were busy, but the staff was hustling and she got our food quickly. Love to see it! 5 Stars
